Jana is very personable and has a great sense of style, design, and creative solutions. Jana designed a kitchen remodel for us and she is true pro. She came up with solutions we hadn’t thought of and made it easy to make all the choices quickly and painlessly. Right up front she asked me about level of involvement, such as did I want to choose everything down to the screws, or did I want her to pick everything and present it to me. Figuring this kind of thing upfront can really prevent headaches as you go along. I’m the kind of person who has maybe a few elements I really want such as I want blue, I want a huge sink etc, but as for the rest, show me a couple choices and I’ll pick. She adapted to me and my needs and was available to me throughout the process. Her crew was really good as well, so I have no problems about the quality of the work. And if there was something that wasn’t quite right, Jana made sure it was corrected and done quickly.

Jana Ward Interiors did an amazing job on our bathroom remodeling making it more accessible for my handicapped husband. The work was done quickly and with excellence. We were so happy with the results!

Jana and her team absolutely ROCK! Jana’s sense of style and design are impeccable. She (and team) remodeled my kitchen and she even went shopping with me for my appliances! She also met me in person all over town to select my tile, backsplash, granite, etc. This was the main reason I hired Jana over other remodelers - due to her personal touch throughout my project. Jana has been the interior designer on three different projects. She is a great designer. She has been able to take our dreams and ideas and turn them into fantastic rooms in our home. I would use her to design for us again in an instant. We don’t have any spaces left for her to design for us right now unfortunately. She has a great selection of furniture and accessories in her show room that can be customized for any job. My husband and I have worked with Jana Ward for over 15 years. She has become a true friend, and we enjoy her company! Jana has done many projects for us, and we have been incredibly satisfied each and every time! We keep going back for more! *** kitchen: upgraded countertops to granite, new sink and fixtures, redid the floor from 12" white ceramic tile to porcelain tile laid in a pinwheel fashion, using two sizes of tile. It mimics a more expensive multi-size tile, random layout, but is more cost effective, and I ended up preferring this. *** living areas: replaced our sad carpet with wood floors *** powder bath: replaced everything except the cabinet *** master bath: removed wallpaper and wall mirrors, removed popcorn ceiling and painted, replaced everything (floor, counter, sinks, mirrors, faucets, shower bed, doors and fixtures, toilet) with the exception of the cabinets ***secondary bath: replaced everything as stated above with the exception of the cabinets *** stairwell and hallway: removed popcorn ceiling and repainted *** expanded and covered our back porch, covered it, piped gas to a new built-in grill, added ceiling fans, and replaced our tired outdoor lighting. This was a huge and difficult project that happened during the pandemic with all of the challenges of the times. Jana is spunky. Her mind is always in motion. She is a very good communicator, and has a wealth of knowledge. She has been in the business her entire life, and I have referred her with every confidence to friends and neighbors. She keeps to budget, and is willing to engage in conversation and listen and respond to needs and concerns. All of this is great, but my favorite thing is that I know she runs her business with integrity and treats her employees, contractors and clients with dignity and respect.

I am not local to Texas, but I located an item that I have been looking for to match one that I already have. I was so happy when I found what I have been searching for with Jana Ward Interiors. The price was awesome and the shipping/service have been excellent. I have never had any one send me an update on delivery with pictures of the item being sent. Thank you for your attentiveness, the end table will be delivered later today. I'll be sure to shop again!
