Jennifer decorated our model home at The Crest at Ladd Park, our newest Franklin neighborhood...and we wanted a designer who could really bring forth the "Franklin" charm and richness that we were looking for. I stopped into her shop (JD's All About Home) in Mufreesboro and immediately knew she was the decorator we wanted for the project! Her store exudes a southern charm that is welcoming and luxurious at the same time. I loved her taste in art, and use of texture. She was flexible with our sometimes VERY stressful time frame and schedule which changed multiple times throughout the project...as new construction in a neighborhood where we've never built before often does. Her attention to detail and follow through was impressive. We love the finished product! It's gorgeous, just as expected!

JD had the vision I was looking for in decorating our home! She decorated our den and daughters' rooms and really captured their style. She is now working on our master bedroom and dining room. I am excited with what the finishing results will be! We have been truly happy with her work!

Jennifer is great! She decorated our office and we were very impressed with her style. Now she is helping us with our dinning and living room. I know she will make it look fabulous.

I've been working with Jennifer on various aspects of my new construction. She LISTENS, but even more -- she GETS what I try to convey to her with respect to my taste. She has done an amazing job so far helping me put together a cohesive look with the choices of trim, flooring, and wall colors. I can't wait to see her in action when the house is finished and we start decorating with fabrics and furnishings! She also uses our time very effectively. A true professional.

I had a small spare room that I wanted to transform into an office/reading room (from the junk room it had turned in to). I wanted to use someone local and had seen an ad for JD Designs in Murfreesboro Magazine. Through emailing, a time was set for Jennifer came to my home, where she took some measurements, listened to my ideas, made suggestions and asked about my budget. Having never used a decorator before, I really didn't know what my budget was. I just knew I wanted it done as inexpensively as possible. Therefore, I decided to sell some things in order to buy some things, and once I had everything together, I called and told Jennifer I was ready to finish the project. Her assistant, Alice, came and took what I had and arranged the room in a way that is so very simple, yet absolutely beautiful! I love it, love it, LOVE IT! It is now a room that I actually want to use, whether it's reading or paying bills or doing computer work. AND, it frees up the kitchen table to now be used as a table and not a workstation! Both Jennifer and Alice are terrific to work with...super nice and knowledgeable and will do as much or as little of the work as you want. Because of my limited budget, I took their recommendations, did some work on my own, and then had them come back and put it all together. Even though this was not a major design project for them, they worked with me and provided me with the kind of service as if it were. I am totally pleased, would totally recommend them and definitely look forward to working with them again in the near future, as I have a few of more rooms that need help!

Jennifer helped me with kitchen back splash, paint color and draperies for kitchen and living room. I love her design recommendations. She is an excellent communicator - staying in touch via phone, email or text. Her invoicing was very straightforward. No hidden costs. I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen and living room. I had done a lot of renovation in the kitchen before calling her and was at the point I just knew I needed help tying everything together. I highly recommend her. She also had excellent resources at the ready for sewing the draperies, installing the back splash and a great painter. I will be using her services again.

I hired JD Designs for consultation and design work for my new house. Jennifer assisted with paint color choices and drapery ideas for the entire house. For the living room and dining room, she provided a complete plan which maximized my budget dollars to make a truly inviting space that I love!

JenniFer has a great eye for decor. She has taught me things about my home I didn't think I could do. Overall she is awesome person to work with and I would hire her again!

I asked Jennifer Davenport, of JD Designs to decorate my office. I am an evangelist, and I use my office for personal studies, but also for conducting bible studies and/or counseling with others. I wanted my office to have a "homey" comfortable feeling. I also wanted her to use some souvenirs I had acquired from a recent trip to Egypt. She decorated two spaces for me: 1) my office and library area, and 2) a conference area next door to my office. Jennifer Davenport did an excellent job creating a comfortable pleasant office space. Egyptian memorabilia were framed, books arranged in my library, a large clock was added, 2 seating areas: 1) close to my desk and 2) a separate seating for 2 divided by a nice table & lamp. The conference area was arranged with a nice round table and seating for 4. A side table with a lamp and greenery, along with Bibles, paper, and pens! This area was also decorated with a clock and framed scriptures. It has a very "homey" feeling that allows people to feel comfortable as we discuss important issues.

I am a professor at a local university. Sadly, my office was in need of some decor. What do you do with a square office (about 10 ft by 10 ft) with drab colored concrete walls (that can't be painted)? Jennifer was able to come in on a day I was out of town. When I returned, I thought I was in the wrong office. She was able to add just the right amount of wall decor, carpet, and some basic organizing baskets to make my office a more desirable and functional place to work. I cannot recommend her highly enough for any of your decorating needs!

I asked Jennifer to come in and decorate my office to make it feel more homey and comfortable. My office doesn't have a window so I felt that looks sort of cold and institutional to clients. Jennifer did a great job and warming the room up and giving it a nice comfortable feel for my clients and myself. This is something I would've just been incapable of on my own.

I highly recommend JD Designs for all your decorating needs. I have used Jennifer multiple times and she has always exceeded my expectations. She is willing to work within your budget and always completes projects in ample time. She is dependable, honest, and very easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable and has a great eye for design.
