Kim designed our home remodel when we moved into our fixer upper. From floors, baseboards, paint and a complete kitchen remodel Kim was with us every step of the way and gave us the confidence to make decisions. After the remodel I also engaged her to help with design accents in our home. Kim is professional and friendly, and has one of those personalities that makes you instantly feel comfortable. I enjoyed working with Kim and am thankful for the beautiful space she helped us create. I look forward to our next project together.

We were very lucky to have Kim Jenkins of Jenkins DesignWorks as our interior designer and project manager for our 26-year-old home renovation. Everything went like clockwork with the reno, and that was due to Kim’s exceptional interior design and construction management! Kim is very professional, organized, very cost conscious, extremely knowledgeable on design and construction. She quickly picked up our style and came up with unique designs that fit right into our taste. We renovated our kitchen, dining room, TV room, office, master bedroom and bath, guest bath, pool bath and various other updates throughout the home. We were very impressed with Kim’s management of all the subcontractors. She kept the project moving, working around any issues that arose. Kim – through her hard work -- met the original estimate for our home renovation timeline. We would highly recommend Kim for any home makeover or new home design as a highly skilled interior designer and project manager. We are thrilled with the results of our renovation! Working with Kim Jenkins has been an absolute pleasure. She is a great listener who adapts readily to her client's style and budget preferences. She managed my condo redecorating project while I was away for the summer, overseeing selection and installation of drapes, blinds, carpeting, and appliances. She did an awesome job helping to select paint colors; as I live with the soft shades of beige, grey, and aqua, I appreciate even more the subtlety and sophistication of her choices. Guillermo was excellent in executing the painting and other projects. Communication before, during, and after the project has been completely seamless. I can't thank Kim enough for making this a totally stress-free undertaking.

Kim Jenkins of Jenkins Designworks is an exceptional professional. As we are new to the area, we chose Jenkins Designworks from Houzz by reviewing the entries for professionals in Central Florida. My husband and I were looking to update our condo, but needed someone who could work with our eclectic but diverging ideas. Kim started slowly, implementing my husband’s initial requirement for a remodeled modern fireplace (and the large TV above) and mine for window coverings. Kim’s ability to bring both of our tastes into a design and at a reasonable price won over my husband’s initial reticence to using a professional designer. We then moved forward with a total living room remodel and kitchen refresh. We wanted Kim to handle the projects/staff and she did this without the need for us to do anything. Kim’s design and project management exceeded our expectations. Our dark, dreary condo is now bright and inviting and has a cohesive look that suits our personalities. We look forward to future projects designed and managed by Jenkins Designworks.

She listened to our (sometimes vague) ideas and turned them into just what we wanted. Our kitchen is gorgeous, with one wall removed and several windows added to maximize the view. Wow ~ our new kitchen looks so beautiful!!! All the accolades go to Kim Jenkins of Jenkins DesignWorks. This was the first major renovation (gutting our 50 year old kitchen) my husband and I have tackled and the entire process was “seamless”. Kim is a true professional; she really listened to our ideas and to us. She took the time to go throughout our home and really study our taste. Kim did a remarkable job integrating a number of our antiques into our project. Instead of going out and buying new accessories she combed our house (and basement) for items and incorporated them into the project. That in and of itself saved us time and money. Kim is not only extremely knowledgeable in interior design she is also extremely knowledgeable in home construction, which made her a huge asset to the contractor as well. Kim was very conscious of our budget. She supplied us with design options that would fit our budget and she made sure we stayed within the figure we gave her during our first meeting. Kim’s ideas were fresh and lively and new and bright. She was a complete joy to work with! The contractor was so impressed with her knowledge and ability that he is now recommending her to all of his clients. Kim made this job painless for everyone.
