Sitting in our beautiful kitchen in our home in the Berkshires, once again feeling incredible gratitude for our experience with Jess Cooney and her team and realizing that my relaxation during this COVID pandemic is indirectly related to the comfortable home (and kitchen) we have, thanks to Jess. Our experience with Jess and her team was far superior to any other interior designer/contractor we've ever worked with, in terms of design, communication, budget and timing adherence. We also had faith in Jess's exquisite aesthetic. She advised us (strongly) to expand our kitchen, said it was going to be the place we'd all hang out and that it was worth the extra expense. We finally relented. And the expansion of our kitchen is where I am happily sitting and writing this review. We have recommended JCI to several people all of whom seem to be equally elated.

Jess Cooney and her team renovated and designed our home a year ago as we prepared to move to Great Barrington from California. It was surprisingly easy to work together long distance. Jess had amazing ideas for renovating our kitchen and designed every room in our house using both our existing furniture as well as new pieces. Jess and her team have impeccable taste and we are thrilled with the way she transformed our home. We plan on working with her again on other renovations in our home.

We hired JCI to redesign, decorate and furnish our new vacation home in the Berkshires. It couldn’t have been a better experience! Jess is wonderful and her team are some of the finest, most talented professionals we’ve ever dealt with. They really listened to our ideas/concerns and appreciated our desire to balance sophisticated design with young family functionality. From the initial design aspect through execution, and all the communication in between, the process was seamless, smart, stress-free and fun! We trusted them completely and they took care of everything. Jess and her team were always available and very responsive. Their contractor recommendations were excellent and everything was done in a timely manner. We can’t wait to work with Jess again on another project.

Hiring Jess Cooney Interiors was by far the best decision we could have made for our kitchen renovation. We had some major design challenges with 7 doors and 2 sets of stairs as well as structural issues in our 120 year old kitchen. She welcomed the challenge and restored a very tired and dysfunctional space into an elegant, family friendly room. She encouraged us to restore the original butler's pantry and guided us in adding beautiful period specific details. Her quality of work, attention to detail and love of old houses gave the kitchen character and warmth that I don't think we would have found with anyone else. Jess and her team are truly amazing.

Top quality renovations of our kitchen and sitting room plus addition of large dining room and back hall. Everything from conception to design to installation and timely completion was carried out in the most professional yet personal manner. Jess has an amazingly creative eye while still operating under a practical though intuitively dynamic sense of style. She helped us see the space and it’s reconfiguration with attention to aesthetics, color and flow we never could have seen on our own. Both deadlines and budgets were routinely managed and done so on a timely and concise schedule. Top Notch and extremely highly recommended. Best of the Berkshires and well beyond. Thanks Jess for an inspired and exceptional job. We have another project in mind, and Jess will be the first call we make when the time comes.

We used Jess Cooney Interiors to remodel a master bathroom and a bar area off of our dining room in a second home, used primarily on weekends. Jessie and her team were the quarterback on the entire project, from design to overseeing the work. It was a great comfort to have them oversee the project, especially since we were not on site. They were totally responsible in coming in and locking up afterwards. We were very impressed with their subcontractors...all were very high quality vendors that were considerate about the condition of our house. Their work was top notch and their clean up was terrific. We love our new bathroom and bar! They are both beautifully designed, fit wonderfully with the style of our home and we are thoroughly enjoying them.
