Jessicah is easily one of the most talented designers I've worked with. Her past in architecture gives her an edge over other interior designers. She is able to create spaces that not only look beautiful but have incredible functionality. She facilitates a team environment with clear communication between the contractor, her clients, and independent contractors to ensure the project runs seamlessly.

We highly recommend Jessicah Kolter Interior Design. We feel lucky that we were able work with her on the redesign of two bathrooms and part of our living room. We live in a Rittenhouse condo with all the challenges that entails. She met every obstacle with a professional demeanor and delightful manner. Throughout the project, she was as invested as we were (and sometimes more so!) in a successful outcome for our home and return on investment. She helped at every step of the way from listening, design, GC liason, orders, returns, accessorizing, to final completion. Jessicah started the process by meeting us in our home and doing a casual walkthrough and then a thorough review about what she heard we wanted to change. She viewed our houzz and Pinterest boards and asked that we send anything else along (e.g., random mirror from One Kings Lane, sale item from Restoration Hardware). She measured every inch of our space and shared full drawings of the current space, future space, and detailed lighting plans. We reviewed her PowerPoint presentation containing designs options and the accompanying samples for paint, tile, fabric, etc., and associated budget She encouraged us to ask questions and never dictated that her design was "the final word." After various GC interviews and site visits, we finally got started, and with the inevitable bumps along the way are thrilled with the results. Her designs were exactly what we wanted and her partnership was invaluable. We highly recommend Jessicah (and already have) to anyone looking for a design expert.

I highly recommend the design services of Jessicah Kolter. In 2012, we started a major renovation for a retirement get away - a 30 year old contemporary high-rise condo in Chicago. Jess's guidance and design work were excellent. We worked both on site and remotely - Jess made the project easy, comfortable and we loved the way it turned out. My first experience with Jess was finishing and furnishing a vacation property – a loft style condo in a large historical renovation project in Traverse City, Michigan.I was very happy with the results. Jess's style, responsiveness and sensitivity to my needs were exactly what I wanted. When we built a new primary residence in Westport, CT, I engaged the services of a local design firm. It was a 6,500 square foot traditional home designed by Mark Finlay Architects, AIA. Well into the project, I parted ways with the designer. They did not provide the level of service and personal connection I had hoped for. I engaged Jess even though she was not living in the area. She helped me bring everything together and finish our beautiful home. I have worked with Jess across different styles of dwellings, different scopes of work and different geographic arrangements.
