Jessica helped us take our custom built home to the next level by giving us professional advice and detailed drawings to guide us on our decision making. With so many choices when building a home, I don't know how we would have done it without her! In fact 2 years later I still ask her opinion on design & decorating projects.

JMH Designs provided guidance with kitchen renovation (drew up plans for the kitchen and family room), paint colors, floor coverings, wall hangings and furniture. . Also shopped for bed linens to coordinate with paint colors. Met us at floor covering store to help with best options. Jessica Hannan was sensitive to our needs. With her guidance and support, our house is looking wonderful. We aren't finished yet but getting there. Thank You, Jessica!

We've been a client of JMH Designs since 2011. Since that time Jessica has worked to remodel/redecorate much of our 30 year old home. From kitchen and bath design to custom decorating we have been totally thrilled with the results. JMH Designs was responsible for the architectural interior design as well as interior decorating of my primary home in 2006, to include: kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, powder room, 2 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom and bathroom. Jessica has impeccable taste and is thoughtful and considerate of her client's personal tastes and budgets when making product selections. According to the contractor that performed the renovation, she is one of very few designers that he enjoyed working with. Because we were so please with Jessica and her work, we hired her a year ago to collaborate with us in the interior design of a new construction project. The plans are complete and we are continuing our working relationship with Jessica, hiring her to design and help with the entire selection process of this 7 bedroom, 9 bathroom project. She has gained the respect of the builder on this project as well. I give Jessica the highest recommendation.

Jessica helped me design a fabulous master bath. She went with us several times to the tile store to select the tiles and trim. She was available immediately when the tile installer needed a different design for the shower wall so that no time was lost by the contractor. She also helped me pick wall colors for several rooms and directed me to great websites to select light fixtures. She was very easy to work with and did not 'force' her taste on me and was very diplomatic when I was going down the wrong path. I will definitely be working with her again on future design and decorating projects.

I hired JMH Designs to reconfigure the kitchen and dining rooms of my 1930's home. The results surpassed my expectations! Jessica had many design challenges with my home including the limited size of the space,a tight budget, and the existing placement of windows and radiators. The end result of this project was a kitchen that is beautiful and fully functional. Jessica was even able to add a powder room into the deseign and you would think it had always been there. My counterspace/worksurface in the kitchen was at least trippled and the flow of the downstairs of our home was drastically improved by Jessica's design expertise. I would be happy to supply before and after pictures of this project to anyone considering JMH Designs. Seeing is believing!
