I had the pleasure to work with Kari to design my studio apartment. She worked hard to discover my style and was patient and willing to answer all of my questions. She presented great options for me to choose from at the price point I needed. We worked well together; and I highly recommend her for design projects.

Kari is a GODSEND! As a working parent of three with a quick move into new construction, I had tremendous anxiety about how I was going to turn a house into a HOME, and that’s just what she did. Kari was efficient, available, very respectful of my time and budget and incredibly creative and thoughtful in all of the rooms and touches that created beauty and warmth but remaining functional. Kari was flexible with her time and respectful of mine, and that is VERY hard to find. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone, especially working moms, who are wanting guidance and direction on how to create their dream home within their own budget and desires. She did that for our family and we are FOREVER grateful!

Having Kari assist me in furnishing my 1BR apartment could not have been more of a smooth and enjoyable experience. I had zero interior decorating experience but Kari quickly understood my priorities and helped me find a style I was comfortable with. Although I was busy and out of town, we got a lot done in a short period of time due to Kari narrowing down each decision to a few options. I would hire Kari again in a heartbeat.

Kari was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was traveling for much of the time we worked together and she was very responsive throughout despite working in some far away time zones. I have now completed one month in my new place and am really happy with everything that Kari helped me with in getting this place to look as good as it does.

Kari was an absolute pleasure to work with. At an affordable price, she was able to decorate my whole home (2K square feet, 2 BRs, an office, 2 living rooms) beautifully! She has a keen eye and a true professional!

My husband and I met with a few designers for the remodel of two bathrooms and we instantly connected with Kari. She had some great ideas and really embraced our style as well. She helped us find a contractor and used her industry expertise to make sure every step of the remodeling process went smoothly. Kari was a pleasure to work with and I definitely recommend her services to anyone seeking an experienced and reliable designer.

I contacted Kari to design a photo gallery in my stairwell. Kari contacted me immediately and unfortunately we live to far away from each other. However, Kari gave me several tips on how to create it myself. The reason why I contacted her in the first place was because I was very intimidated by the thought of doing it myself. After speaking with her, her laying out the steps, and her enthusiastic encouraging attitude, I felt more than confident to complete it myself. She said I could email her if I have questions. She did all this for no cost. Project is currently in progress with photos coming soon :-).

I hired Kari to help furnish a 2BR/1bath condo. We scheduled an initial consultation in which Kari came and checked out the condo and provided an estimate. When Kari arrived, she was very professional and I could see that she had a lot of experience with interior design, and had a great portfolio to show it. She brought up great points in the initial meeting and gave me a reasonable price for the services. Kari has a great personality and working with her was fun. She also did a final inspection once all the items were bought and arranged to provide final suggestions. I am so happy with the way my condo turned out and would definitely choose Kari again in the future!

We had design services for a combo living room/dining room in a condo. Kari communicated on a regular basis via email, giving us options to select. Saved lots of money on her designer discount. Easy to work with.

I hired Kari to design my new psychotherapy office space. I do not have great style and design is not my thing--all too overwhelming for me! I e-mailed Kari on a Sunday and we met the next day to discuss my style, she saw the space, and we also went chair/couch shopping that night too! She involved me in the process and allowed me to pick from 4 or so options for everything once she narrowed down. Her response time and communication were excellent. The handyman she hired was great and kept in communication with me as well when he was painting and putting together furniture. The office was finished one week ahead of schedule! I just saw clients in my new space and they all loved it! I'm so glad I hired Kari!

Kari made decorating my place a breeze! I don’t have a decorating bone in my body, so I needed serious help making my random mix of hand me down furniture look like it was all meant to be in the same apartment. I tried to decorate some on my own, but found myself spending hours online, not able to make any decisions because I just don't know about home decor. After a few minutes in my place it was clear she could help me, she had several ideas, from small to larger scale, of what I could do to pull my place together, within my deadline (a couple weeks) and budget. She helped me select several pieces that added some much needed color to my place, and gave honest feedback when I couldn’t make up my mind or picked items that didn’t make sense in the grand scheme (color/price/aesthetic). Without Kari, I am sure I never would have selected any of the items we did, and I just LOVE the end result, and so have my guests. I have confidence now that my place will impress when I have people over.

Kari was able to move quickly, be extremely responsive and professional and help me to stage my home so that it sold quickly! She really understood what I needed and created an amazing look with a mix of my furniture and rental furniture. Overall I would recommend her highly!
