I know Joe does larger commercial work but I really needed someone to help with my home. Joe created architectural plans for the renovation of my kitchen and bathroom and also advised me on other areas that could be improved. I have a NYC apartment and I had heard that Joe was masterful at making the most of small spaces. His artistic eye helps in seeing things and possibilities that others may not see so easily. The work: He came to my home to take measurements, created a draft and then returned to make sure the draft made sense. He was a complete gentlemen, respectful of my home and made me feel comfortable about the changes that I needed to make. produced the plans in a timely manner. I highly recommend Joe for interiors of large and small spaces.

Joe played a key role in my loft renovation in New York City. The space was a huge empty canvas on which Joe made his inimitable mark. He created 2 bedrooms, kitchen, a double sized bath and an office in the far corners of the space, while preserving and highlighting those architectural details that were worth showcasing. Joe maximized the impact of the open living space, huge windows and towering ceilings. He created a unique, fresh and surprisingly intimate residential atmosphere in an otherwise unremarkable industrial space. By engaging Joe in a design project, you get twice the service, impact and results than you would with a conventional designer. On the one hand he is an accomplished fine artist who won't shy away from exciting and unique risk taking proposals for your living space. In addition, he is a world class, seasoned designer, who understood my budget, respected my taste - and customized my home in the most practical yet elegant fashion that I could have hoped for.
