Jules did my two-bedroom condo in Miami and I couldn't be happier. She really listens to ideas and then adds to that her suggestions and ways of putting it all together, fulfilling both the client's vision and her professional design approach. She sees the big picture and is also super detail oriented, making sure that it all works and nothing is left out. My place is beautiful and the process of working with her was as smooth as can be. I feel very luck to have found her. If I ever have another place to do, I am going right to Jules again.

This is the second time we have worked with Jules. The first was the house we purchased in 2004. Now she has redesigned an apartment I recently purchased. This is far more complex because it is a floor-to-ceiling renovation, which she has designed in a very innovative and creative manner. She has created a sophisticated space which will be both stylish and comfortable. Her ability to resolve design issues and address requests is unmatched. She is working with a local contractor with no drama or ego between them I heartily recommend her to anyone looking for a unique, artistic, practical and comfortable home. Gloria Birnbaum

Had an amazing experience with Nicole and Catherine. At our last house in TN we only worked with a general contractor and individual vendors, so this was a MUCH different experience! It was well worth the money this time around to have Nicole and Catherine handling the kitchen renovation. Nicole's vision was amazing but she was also very open to my changes and likes/dislikes. In the end, the project came out far better than I would have done on my own. Communication was great with these ladies! Couldn't have asked for a better team!

Jules Duffy has the vision for creating an updated, warm and current design using color and texture, but most importantly, she values her clients personal home style. Having been the fortunate recipient of a kitchen make-over by NBC's George to the Rescue, Jules Duffy and her design team transformed our small, inadequate kitchen into a beautiful and ever so functional space. Not having a say in this re-design, Jules was first and for most, comforting, warm, caring and reassuring that her thoughts on this project would compliment the rest of our home, yet give it a fresh, modern feel. Without changing the square footage of the room, Jules vision for the layout of cabinets and counter tops, windows and light fixtures, tile style and color have made this new kitchen feel three times the size. The open wall plan into the dining room has enhanced our living space tremendously, yet keeping the feel of an individual room. Jules choice of wall coverings , window treatments and chandelier fixture truly transformed that room all the while blending my original dining room set with new color and textures. Jules is personal and professional. She listens. She educates. She's savvy. She brought the personality of our home to a new fresh level. The kitchen is the heart of the home. Our family life has truly been transformed by the entire team of George to the Rescue. We will be forever grateful. You too will be grateful with Jules Duffy Design.

Best decision of 2017 - Choosing Jules Duffy Designs! Jules has a passion and vision for design that is contagious! This designer took my hesitations with color and pattern and nudged me, educated me, to see things in a different light. Jules not only designed our rooms to be inviting and warm, but there is a depth and interest that alone I would never have been able to accomplish. During the redecorating process, I was always kept up to date with scheduling and budget by a very attentive staff - questions answered almost immediately. All in all, working with Jules and staff was a wonderful experience....to be continued!

I enjoyed working with Jules and her staff. She totally understood the look I was going for with this project (front foyer and powder room) and presented me with several options that I was able to select from. She met all the deadlines I had, especially with a big event that was coming up and we were able to complete the project on time and within budget.

I hired Jules back in 2010 because a friend referred me. I have had her work on projects on and off since that time. Jules is incredibly easy to work with and just gets it. She is able to assess her clients needs and styles to create a look that is fresh and personal at the same time. She can anticipate needs like where you'd need a table for your keys or a drawer for your hair dryer. She won't put white where kids trample etc. She can source unique pieces which sets your home apart from the standard look. She has great follow up and you will enjoy working with her.

My family home of 20+yrs, was in fact built in 1860. While I love my old home, I also need it to fit the changing needs of my family. Jules has been a great find and our first project, updating my husband's home office, worked out great. I will continue to use Jules' services, as I continue my work on my old house and recommend her highly.

Jules Duffy is the consummate professional. I have worked for Jules over the years fabricating her meticulously designed window treatments and soft goods. Her attention to every detail and application is so refreshing, as I love to work for designers who know what they want! Jules has an amazing design sense and always brings her projects to fruition flawlessly.

Our family of four was selected by George to the Rescue to have our basement remodeled. This was no easy task as the basement was dark and dingy with limited lighting, outdated electrical and plumbing, a very small space for laundry and an unfinished bathroom, basically imagine 70's wood paneled walls, dark tiles and a brick bar. Jules Duffy Designs was kind enough to take on our project. Jules was tasked with creating a space for our family of four that would represent each of our individual personalities with a specific focus on our son with autism. We had no input into the design and didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised with the results. What an amazing transformation!!!! Jules was able to change a storage room into a functional office with very personal details including photos and inspirational objects. The main space was opened up and shelves for storage were created to easily access toys that were previously stacked in corners, our movie collection, previously part of the bar storage is now on full display in the center of the space. She created a breakfast nook area complete with a built in bench, beautiful farm style table and chandelier that brightens the area, it's a great space for entertaining and homework. The main area was decorated in lovely shades of blues and beige, with functional seating including a rocking chair for our autistic son. The bathroom is my favorite part of the makeover with subway tile walls, beautiful blue floor tiles, and wallpaper and bathroom accents reminiscent of a beach theme very bright and airy. The laundry room now has appropriate shelving colorful walls and lots of space. Jules was able to capture each of our personalities without meeting us into a space that we all love and enjoy. Jules did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend her, on a personal note she is very thoughtful and very easy to talk to. We are so grateful she took on our project. If we ever redesign any part of our home she will be the first person we call.

Jules Duffy Design is able to bring fresh ideas to both what you have that you would like to work with, and combine it with new. On a listing I have, everyone that comes through asks who the designer was - Jules Duffy! In the same home she is able to blend more traditional styles in some rooms with more modern styles in others, and create a smooth flow between the rooms. A very talented designer, and a pleasure to work with as well!

I have very good friends that moved into a new home in NJ. When we went to visit them to see their new home, I immediately LOVED the decor. My whole family, my husband and three teenage daughters, had the same feeling I did. One of warmth, comfort and beauty. I asked my friend who was her decorator and she recommended Jules Duffy Designs. My husband and I hired Jules to decorate our living room.

Jules Duffy is a wonderful professional that my wife found through Houzz. Her work was exciting, intriguing, and stunning in other people's homes as it has become in ours. She is always available in a timely fashion, and her support staff and network are as polished and wonderful to interact with as she is. Equally important is her respect of the project budget with professional decorum. I am amazed each time she shows me a proposal that looks like it came straight out of our dreams if we could design our home to perfection. She took careful notes in the first meeting for our preferences, and has been hitting home runs each and every time. I recommend her highly for any project, and I intend to continue any and all future projects of my own with her. We are extremely pleased.

Jules was a joy to work with. She had wonderful ideas and a varity of choices in fabrics, furniture and other items to make all the rooms look like a show case. She was always on time and everything I ordered came in when she said they would and in perfect condition. I will be using her again and again!!!
