Julie is phenomenal to work with. She has helped me on multiple projects to achieve my remodeling goals. She guides me through the process of choosing paint color, lighting, etc., to achieve my overall vision. She provides insight to help me make choices. She is patient and kind. But most important, her talent is top notch. She’s got a natural eye that is unmatched and her work is classy. She’s fantastic!

We worked with Julie and her team for over a year in designing our brewpub and I cannot imagine doing another project without her. Besides having incredible design sense and resources, her professionalism and demeanor make even the toughest project seem doable. Our brewpub turned out better than we had hoped and we routinely receive comments on our design and overall aesthetic. I would give 6 stars if possible.

Julie is exceptional! She worked with us closely on remodeling our entry, kitchen, dining, living and laundry rooms. Julie was always there for us, advising on design and furnishing decisions big and small at just the right time. She has an instinctive knowledge for space, layout, proportions, color, materials, and textures and worked within our budget to help us create an eclectic, modern yet vintage nest for our family that's a true reflection of how we live our lives and all the things we love.

We could not be more thrilled with the construction and design of our recent remodel; we credit interior designer Julie Manning with our beautiful final outcome! Julie is a consummate professional and a person of the highest integrity. She is sophisticated, yet unpretentious. She is perceptive and a keen listener. She really gets to know her clients' aesthetic so that each project reflects the individual/couple/family with whom she is working. In this way, I feel like our project completely reflects my husband and I, yet is infinitely more beautiful and functional than we could have ever achieved without her. She allowed me to be as involved as I wanted to be in the project --which varied based on the stage of the project. She has an impeccable eye for detail and use of space. She was involved at each stage from the initial design, to the construction, finish work, lighting, paint, colors, and furniture. I also appreciated how Julie always kept the budget in mind, and always suggested a range of options. She also served as a project manager/liaison between us and the contractor (exceedingly helpful!) She has an even-tempered, positive demeanor and a collaborative style. We look forward to our next project with Julie!

Calling Julie was the greatest step I took in my entire remodel process. She is so talented at what she does--and so delightful to be with. I am in love with the improvements she orchestrated for our home. Julie has a fantastic eye for design. I would never have thought of some of her creations yet now can't imagine living without them. For example-- my new kitchen island. Building a new island was not on my radar-- but she felt strongly about it. It is now the loveliest, most functional centerpiece of the heart of our home. Everyone comments on it-- and gathers around it. It is so beautiful. What is also wonderful about Julie is her gentle, yet very professional, demeanor. She knew when to listen to me but also when to nudge me. I really appreciated that she helped me get out of my own way and pushed me to some fabulous improvements. Julie is also terrific at managing the project. She wrangled all the contractors and kept everyone on task and coordinated. She gave every detail an immense amount of attention. From my new fireplace to my couch throw pillows, I love everything she did. I really can't imagine doing the remodel without her! I strongly recommend that you call Julie. You will be in excellent hands-- and will love your home when it is finished.

We worked with Julie on a remodel of our living room/TV room. It's the room where we as a family hang out, but it's also the main entertaining area of our home. So in addition to making it look better, we had a lot of issues (like hiding all our kids' toys) that we needed help with. Julie solved them all. She has the ability to make suggestions, combine her ideas with yours and translate it all into a well thought through package of work in the space you're in. To top it off, she communicates that to the contractor in their language and the end result is perfect. She's very flexible and respectful of your ideas, time and budget. I look forward to the next time I get to work with her!

We worked with Julie on our living/dining rooms and our master bedroom. She was warm and professional throughout the entire project. She was able to hone in on our style very quickly and she stuck to our budget (even when we didn't). I continue to get compliments on our home, a year later and most importantly, I still love the rooms she did the most in our home. My bedroom is a restful retreat, very stylish and very me. The living room and dining rooms are a good combination of my husband and me, are practical enough for my kids to run around but also hip enough for a grown up party. I would definitely hire Julie again.

I am a general contract who needs a designer architect to help me with my customers. She was always on time and always had all the. Samples of materials with her to every meeting. She is able to read what's in your head and in your mind and wish to accomplish and put it on paper and come out with a great design. She has lts of sources to paint stores ,tile stores,and furniture outlets. She has been in many cases a great help to achieve a. Beautiful design. I recommend her highly.. All my clients just loves her.

Julie was great. She understood what we were going for and provided great suggestions and ideas but always left the final decision up to us. She was very flexible in working with our crazy schedules and the end result was amazing!
