Steve Justrich is a newer associate of Khrome Studios but we have to rave! He is brilliant, creative, AND detailed oriented. An unusual combination. A total charmer and an artist in design.

Steve Justrich stepped into what was an ordinary bathroom remodel and helped create two beautiful, elegant bathing sanctuaries. I needed to remodel two bathrooms, originally built in 1979, and one could not be enlarged at all from its 7'x10' size. The other one we could expand to 7' x 12'. Building an open shower design and with the use of glass, select stone and porcelain tiles, Steve helped to create a sense of spaciousness within the small footage. What I like best about Steve's genius is that he can work with an individual client and create an architectural environment that best suits that client's needs and personal esthetics. I have seen the masterful work he had done with my family's homes in Carmel Valley and a motel resort in Big Sur, but did not know if he could work with my goals or within my budget. He was able to translate my core design ideas into an artistically aesthetic design, with which I am more than pleased and know it will retain an elegant integrity for years. The windows and glass wall allow nature and light to flood the bathroom, making you feel like you're almost taking a shower outside. You would be so lucky to have Steve Justrich as your designer architect. I do have another project coming up next year and hope Steve will have the time and inclination to partner with me on it. Steve is an extremely knowledgeable and creative design professional. His enthusiasm for his craft is contagious. Working we Steve, my husband and I felt empowered to make design decisions that can feel overwhelming as you attempt to build a new home. During design and construction of the house, Steve guided us through the selection of the interior finishes. Once completed, we worked with Steve to furnish our home. The result is an environment that is beautifully cohesive and in synch with the style and needs of our family. He was a collaborative member of the project team that included architect, landscape architect, contractor and owners. My husband and I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed working with him.
