What a joy to work with this company. We needed guidance with planning and layout of our home and found Karin Bennett through Houzz. The communication with the coordinator Lisa leading up to this visit was extremely thorough and transparent. We knew exactly what we were paying for and the services we would receive. Karin arrived on time, bright and cheerful. She took time to understand our style and our preferences prior to walking through the home. She worked alongside with us listening to our needs and our concerns and provided beautiful ideas on utilizing the space. From wall colours, lighting, flooring, wall ideas, furniture and so much more, Karin was so insightful with her ideas and creative eye. She utilized the 2-hour consult so extremely efficiently. I now have 4 pages of notes with so much more direction and ideas than ever! She truly is of great benefit and can lead you to making every section within your home great living spaces. We recently had Karin come over for a consultation to help us with the main floor design planning. It was the first-time we used a designer and it was a wonderful experience. Karin was very personable and professional. She listened carefully to what our needs were and made recommendations and ideas that were great!!. We really liked how she provided more than one option to things and different price ranges so we could decide based on our budget. We would highly recommend Karin and plan on working with her again.

We hired the KBD team to design our home renovation, specifically the kitchen & living room, the upstairs bathroom and principal ensuite. They presented a beautiful design that left us grinning ear to ear and we were so excited about seeing the vision come to life! When a construction challenge impacted our initial kitchen design that we loved so much, Karin and her team were quick to jump in and offer two alternative designs, one in which would achieve the same overall aesthetic that we were so attached to and we are thrilled with the result. KBD's overall design has no doubt added value to our home and we are grateful for her expertise and experience as we completed a renovation during Covid!

We contacted KBD for assistance with our project for a new house. At that time we already had pre scheduled sessions with the builder to select finishes and design options and having consulted with Karin made a world of difference. KBD team was much helpful accommodating us and were able to fit us into their busy schedule. Karin's advise was much valuable as she helped us make the right decisions, put focus on the most critical items, and not only set the ground for the design style that we so much desired, but also guided us to think of the options that would preserve value for our new property for a long time. We would absolutely recommend KBD and I hope we can continue working with Karin and the team for our next projects.

Finding Karin to help me finish and pull together the interior design of my million dollar home renovation was the perfect touch. My only regret was not meeting her at the start of my project. It was a long process and on my own and I became stumped for design creativity. Karin understood exactly what my vision was and she was able to jump in right where I left off and bring my project to completion with great style. I am impressed with how she was able to know exactly what was needed and able to work with all of my existing home design choices. She provided me with fabulous design choices, excellent install personnel and her own personal support throughout the process.
