Kelley was a dream to work with! She understood our style completely and helped us refurnish our home as well as our addition. As a young couple with two small children she really took into consideration our needs while also making sure everything fit our aesthetic. Each piece she brought to our home was reasonably priced, gorgeous and truly functional for our kiddos (easy to clean, safe, etc). Her communication was amazing and she even helped us with some difficult contractors. I cannot recommend her services enough! Every room in my house makes me smile thanks to her help!

We purchased a new home (a 1920s home that needed love) during COVID and were looking for a professional to make our house feel like us - something modern, yet comfortable and functional. We looked at designers around the Bay Area and instantly fell in love with Kelley's personality, how she approaches design, and her creativity. As a side note, she has a background in architecture and art and knows about feng shui. We shared photos of designs we liked and Kelley was able to transform that into a vision for our remodel - it's like she's a mind reader! We remodeled a kitchen, two bathrooms and she designed our living and dining room. Our house felt bigger, brighter, and most importantly captured us, our personality and the way we live. Kelley also has an amazing team, people she trusts and that take pride in their work; for example, a painter, a handyman to somehow who hung our artwork. Remember, we remodeled during COVID, a time when supply was short and it was hard to find labor. Kelley supported us throughout the process and make it enjoyable! She is direct and a clear communicator, she's realistic with timeframes and even our budget. We can't wait till she transforms the rest of our house!

Kelley worked with me in 2021 to decorate and furnish my brand new home. We were starting from SCRATCH with practically no furniture or decoration in the home of any kind. Kelley brought me photos, ideas, samples, and pulled together the most amazing manifestation of my personality and preferences that I could have imagined. Her taste is impeccable and her creativity is endless. People who come to my house constantly compliment me on how I furnished and decorated it and I have to admit to them that it wasn't me--I had the world's best designer! I recommend Kelley without hesitation.

We worked with Kelley to elevate the interior design of our Oakland home. Kelley melded our very different design aesthetics to reflect both of our styles within our budget. She also designed and collaborated with a local cabinet maker to create beautiful, custom built-ins in the dining room and main bedroom. We continued to engage her in additional projects because she is such a talented designer and a joy to work with.

Kelley has worked with us on a series of projects since 2009, starting with smaller projects to update our home, with selection of paint colors, light fixtures and drapes. Years later, we still get compliments on the paint colors and all. On a kitchen remodel project, Kelley coordinated the finishes, backsplash tile, hardware, plumbing fixtures, paint colors, window shades and stools. She also designed a powder room, with new fixtures, vanity, lighting, floor tile, paint and wallpaper. Again, wonderful colors, textures, space and light. More recently, she helped us select living room furniture that is beautiful and durable, window blinds, and lamps. And the compliments continue. (“Where did you get your sofa?” and “I love your chairs!”) Kelley is talented, thorough, resourceful and attentive, whatever the size of the project, and she is a delightful person as well!

Kelley brings a high level of creativity and skill to her designs, and is fabulous at what she does. We have worked with her on a number of projects for our home over the last few years, and she has made our home warm and inviting. We love everything she has done, it’s made entertaining more effortless, and our guests all rave! We love working with Kelley and hope to continue to do so!

Kelley is an incredible designer. We worked with her on two projects in 2015. One was the total gut & remodel of an in-law cottage located above our garage. We met with her for about 90 minutes, where she developed a sense for our taste and vision for the project. She came back to the next meeting with a plan for the space that knocked our socks off! Like most remodels our project had its share of hurdles and contractor challenges, but Kelley managed each situation impeccably and ensured the work was completed to the highest standard. During the planning stages of our first project we learned we were expecting a daughter and asked Kelley if she could also plan our nursery. What she created was a lovely, inviting and practical space that we continue to enjoy 7 months into parenthood. As a mother herself she thought of elements I never would have considered and left us with a room that we love now and will grow with our child over the years. I give Kelley my highest endorsement. Her work is fresh and sophisticated. We are delighted with the finished product and can't wait to work with her again.

Kelley helped me immensely with a challenging interior design project several years ago. Since then she has assisted me with several smaller projects. She listens carefully to what I want, provides numerous excellent ideas and leads, and helps pull everything together with a great sense of artistry. Kelley Flynn, of Kelley Flynn Interior Design, envisioned an exceptionally beautiful spa bathroom for us. Her tremendous experience, sophisticated design sensibility and attention to every detail are valuable traits we deeply appreciated and relied on throughout the project.

Kelley is a fabulous interior designer who is a pleasure to work with! She completely redid our hallway, living room, and family room, taking great care with every detail of the rooms. Not only did Kelley listen carefully to our likes and dislikes, but she also took into account the practicalities of our family life (e.g. four teens and two cats). We could not have asked for a more beautiful result, as her taste resulted in the elegant and inviting style we dreamed of. All of the generous time and great effort that Kelley offered us, from the consultation through the finish, paid off in every way. I've recently worked with Kelley on my loft space and I can't say enough about her talents. She brings a very discerning eye to her work. She has an amazing ability to create atmosphere in the spaces she designs. She selected furnishings and accessories along with window treatments. Having also seen her work in the homes of my friends, I can attest to her range in addressing both traditional residential spaces and more open modern floor plans. In working with Kelley I've gotten to see her attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and genuine desire to improve the lives of her clients. Highly recommend.

Since 2010, Kelley has hired me to photograph five of her interior projects. Kelley's work consistently shows a very strong sense of style--whether it's a cozy traditional & classic space, or an inspiring modern & contemporary one--her design style is always strong and unique, yet with a very delicate and solid consideration for usage and practicality, and matching the existing environment and architecture. I have also photographed lots of details in these projects, and was able to see some excellent executions of the design details by the contractors Kelley used. One more thing I can add is that Kelley is a very comfortable person to work with -- professional, considerate, and flexible.

The powder room that you designed is an exceptionally lovely space for our guests. The wallpaper, the mirror, the tiles on the floor are beautiful and flawlessly coordinated. You turned our tiny room in to a jewel box in a very short amount of time and worked well with everyone on the project.

We've worked with Kelley on her project to create a custom chandelier. She was professional every step of the way, and has her clients' best interests at heart. Best of all, she creates beautiful spaces with the utmost attention to detail.

Kelley did a lovely job on our bathroom remodel. She really honored the feel of our 1910 house, yet found a way to also make the bathroom look more modern and updated. She was available and responsive, always helpful in a service provider.

I would rate higher if I could. Kelley's design is so beautiful. I hired her for three projects. Three years later I look at my living room and say I can't believe how beautiful this space is. She also designed an office for me where I have clients thanking me for having such a peaceful beautiful space to come to. Kelley's design is on a different level than most designers in the field. She truly gets how the space will make you feel and how to balance it. She also truly gets how to make the space reflect who you are. I am thrilled
