We recently replaced the exterior windows in our home and decided that it’s also time to update our exterior colors. I knew I wanted a brighter look but also wanted to honor the style of our home. Literally paralyzed by looking at what seemed like a hundred different varieties of cream, Kelly came to the rescue. First, she helped me identify the undertones we needed to manage with our brick and stone and then we chose complementary trim, shutter, and garage colors. I’m thrilled with what we came up with and can’t wait to hire the painters. The virtual consultation process was a breeze. I sent pictures and more pictures and then Kelly had me create poster board samples of our finalists. Kelly gave me the confidence to choose what I really loved while knowing it would work with our home.

Working with Kelly has been a fantastic experience! We were looking for an interior designer to help us with the completion of our vacation home in a rather remote area. Kelly really took the time studying our home's layout, understanding our vision and desires, and putting together design proposals that were unique and customized to our home. We worked with her online exclusively, and even though Kelly never stepped a foot into our vacation home or met us in person, she absolutely nailed it! Kelly is responsive, polite and very personable, and we would absolutely hire her again for any future projects.

Oh boy...I'm SO happy for all the time I saved in fixing the mistakes I would have made if I had not consulted with Kelly. She helped give my Cape Cod home a much needed face lift....and noticed things I was completely blind to....like my shutters were seven inches shorter than they should be! And Kelly helped me to avoid what would have been a costly color choice mistake when she asked to see photos of both my roof and my neighbor's homes. She was prompt with her responses and I felt she had a sincere concern for my complete satisfaction. Kelly was amazing! After purchasing our first home, we realized the interior of the entire house..including trim, needed to be painted. I felt completely overwhelmed. I was stalled on paint color selection for my bathroom renovation so I asked for Kelly's assistance online. I sent her pictures of the bathroom including shower tile, vanity and countertops as well as the connecting bedroom. She was very responsive and suggested several colors to coordinate the various colors in the room. I settled on one of her colors, which is one I never would have selected myself, and it is perfect! I could not have made the room look so good without Kelly's help!

I engaged Kelly's online decorating service to help me pick out the right gray color for my main level and colors for my master bedroom and bath. I wanted to transition from a beige color scheme to a gray color scheme and was having alot of trouble picking the right colors. Kelly recommended the perfect warm gray color and beautiful gray-green shades for the bedroom and bath. She was super responsive and listened to my ideas and preferences. I wish I had hired her right away instead of agonizing for weeks on my own over the colors! We get alot of compliments about the color scheme. I highly recommend Kelly Bernier Designs.

Kelly is very knowledgeable and and has a great sense of what you are looking to achieve. She listened to my ideas and successfully worked them in to the design. She provided me with several options for our bathroom upgrade and was quite flexible in incorporating multiple revisions. Her service is incredibly prompt and very respectful of the set budget. I will definitely hire her again!

I hired Kelly to rework my living room for better flow, and to help choose any furniture that might be needed (I needed a new couch at least). Wasn't sure what a design might involve, but we ended up opening up the room visually by just getting rid of a big wall unit, painting an accent wall, hanging the TV on the wall with a swivel mount, and working around the colors in my existing rug (blues and greens) to create a room that is much more useful and with more cohesiveness and color. Kelly helped me shop for the couch (an overwhelming decision for me alone was made much easier with her help), and sent me links to shelving, chairs, and lamps she thought would look good in the room. She listened to my questions and comments, and had many suggestions but no pressure for me to use all of her ideas. At the end of the project, she shopped for some accessories and draperies to tie the room together. I love how she chose items that would play with the colors in the room, and eased my decision making by offering so many suggestions. In addition to the major work in the living room, she suggested some paint colors for a bathroom and bedroom. Overall, Kelly was very easy to work with and did her work with no delays.

I found Kelly's name through an internet search a few years ago. I did hire her to help me with a kitchen remodel and I was extremely pleased with the results. This year I called upon her expertise once again to help choose wall paint colors for all of the remaining rooms of my house. The results could not have been any better! Note that all her consultation work was done remotely through the use of an exchange of pictures via email correspondence. Kelly is a professional, she responds in a timely fashion, and is highly skilled at what she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for assistance with something as simple as choosing a paint color for a single room to providing design recommendations for entire home remodeling projects.
