Kerrisdale Design Inc was established in 2007 by principal Karla Amadatsu. With a background in commerce {focus on entrepreneurial management}, and a passion for history, art, and design, Karla brings a unique set of experiences to each project. Already gaining a reputation for her ability to translate traditional design into a fresh, updated form for today, Karla Amadatsu is known for her New Traditional style. She enjoys staying in touch with design enthusiasts by writing a regular column for BC Home magazine, as well as collaborating on stories for other lifestyle publications. Working with a network of skilled trades, craftspeople, vendors, and suppliers, Kerrisdale Design Inc strives to create spaces that clients love coming home to. Kerrisdale Design enjoys strong ties with shelter magazines in Canada and the US. Regularly published in various magazines throughout the year, this level of exposure has served to bolster their reputation as style makers in Canada.
