I would highly recommend NOT using Keystone Interiors. Our experience being awful and sickening is understatement. Chelsea DeFelice is not only dishonest and deceiving, she stole our money. Her lack of professionalism didn’t show until after we paid for her service where she continually lied, screwed up on measurements and counts, and never took any kind of responsibility. Learn from our mistakes. There are many great designers out there. This is not the one.

From our first conversation to the final touches, Chelsea and Katharine were fun to work with. They were knowledgeable, organized, no issues with communication. The contractor they found for us was top of the line. We loved that they didn’t try to impose their design preferences on us. They listened and helped us get where we wanted to go. We found out we had to move during our project and they didn’t miss a beat. They helped us finish what we started but on a smaller scale and it turned out beautiful! We highly recommend using them for your future projects.

We worked with Chelsea and Katherine when we started our custom home build. We ended up being short on budget and needed to cut some costs. We ended up cutting out their consulting services. It was a terrible mistake! In the long run I believe it cost us more, was way harder, and likely delayed the project a bit. Believe me, they provide so much value and you should use them for your project! They were also fantastic to work with. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Learn from our mistake!

Thank you Katherine for transforming our ho-hum master bathroom to a work of art. We absolutely love the new shower that you designed for us - the bench seat is my favorite element! We could have never pulled together the counter top, flooring and shower tile(s) the way you did for us. It has been close to three years since the project completed and we definitely love the space just as much now as we did then. Thank you too for keeping such a close eye on our budget!

Katherine and Chelsea took our dream and put it into life. They did a wonderful job and our kitchen is beautiful! While there were challenges, they took the highest care with meeting our budget keeping the cost true to the estimate along with meeting important deadlines. They provided excellent work!

We were so fortunate to have worked with Keystone Interiors on our recent major bathroom remodel projects. Both of our upstairs bathrooms had challenging layouts that needed reworking, and cosmetic updates were needed from fixtures to cabinetry to paint. We worked closely with Chelsea and Katherine through the entire design process -- they were creative and attentive to our wants and needs. Both bathrooms were fully gutted to allow for space alterations, and substantial plumbing, electrical and HVAC changes were made. We couldn't be happier with the end results! Not only do the bathrooms utilize space much more efficiently, the bathrooms are welcoming and beautiful down to the last detail. We were so pleased with this team we are using them for our next major remodel (kitchen and garage)!

Katherine was pivotal in helping me with my bathroom and kitchen remodel. She was able to narrow down my vision into a reality. Katherine was instrumental in finding the tile, selecting fixtures and making sure the whole project came together. Katherine has a great relationship with B-Line construction, and helped to expedite the renovation and make it as easy for me as possible. I appreciated her calm demeanor and expertise throughout the project.

Chelsea and Katherine are the gold standard in design excellence. They are keenly aware of industry trends and pitfalls which allowed us to appear much smarter than we actually are. Their tireless attention to detail and ability to clearly explain exceedingly complicated processes has brought much needed comfort in this tumultuous renovation. It’s clear that they are experts at not only the essentials of home design, but much more importantly, they’re expertly relational and adept at anticipating and quelling any bumps in the road along the way. They made the process enjoyable and turned a giant project into manageable pieces that we felt equipped to handle.

I have had the pleasure of working with Chelsea and Katherine of Keystone on multiple kitchen and bath projects over the past year. They are the ultimate professionals and extremely knowledgeable about their craft, from cabinets to counters to appliances to tile & flooring. They pay attention to the small design details that matter in creating a beautiful yet functional kitchen or bathroom.
