Khadine Schultz is an exceptional designer. She has helped us renovate and remodel three investment apartments and is in the midst of helping us furnish a fourth. The apartments all rented quickly at very good prices and every single potential tenant was impressed with the interiors. In addition to her design skills, Khadine brought two other major assets to the table. First, she has a strong network of other high quality professionals who helped with other aspects of the process. Second, she has consistently shown herself over the two years we have worked with her to be extremely reliable and trustworthy. We would recommend her to anyone.

Khadine was hired to provide her expertise in the redesign of our unit’s living areas: living, dining and family rooms. After what could be described as a tumultuous period because of Covid, supply chains etc., the project extended longer than anticipated. Nevertheless, Khadine maintained a positive attitude and kept us focused on the elements we could control versus what we could not. In spite of the challenges, after all is said and done, the new look of our living areas are quite beautiful. We are grateful to Khadine and strongly recommend her talents. After performing a thorough search, we decided to work with Khadine Schultz to help with the interior design of our home. We made a great decision. Khadine was excellent! She was extremely responsive and gave us great ideas and concepts for several rooms, including our living room, a play room for our kids, and several bedrooms. She also helped us stay within budget and was able to find great pieces for reasonable prices. We have a room that is oddly laid out, and Khadine came up with a great design for that portion of our home- which had been a real challenge to designers we worked with in the past. The contractors she recommended were very professional and did a very nice job as well. I fully recommend Khadine Schultz Interiors.

I'm grateful to have worked with Khadine on my first development of a single-family home. She understood our vision and delivered a phenomenal presentation. She collaborated with us in various of the interior and exterior design elements which made this home extra-special. Not only does she have exceptional taste for design and ideas but she also has the ability to create constructions plans that were very useful and allowed us to save a lot of money. Her rate was competitive and I cannot imagine having done this without her expertise. Real estate development can be very costly so if you're going to do it, make sure you do it right and work with the right people. I've gotten nothing but compliments on our development. I highly recommend Khadine Schultz Interiors for your next design project.

Khadine was fantastic, she is very flexible and accommodative, never wanted to push anything or anyone I did not wanted. She did fight for me all the time, pushing for lower prices and better service, even when it was not indicated by her. Solved all billing problems with vendors in my favor. Excellent decorating taste, I am very very pleased with the final product. I highly reccommend Khadine Shultz!

After researching and interviewing 3 Designers I chose to work with Khadine as I felt she understood exactly what I was looking for and I loved her style! She exceeded my expectation, was patient to make changes, was on top of everything from beginning to the end and made my home looking cozy, cool, functional and stylish...she particularly picked accessories and furniture that had personality and not a copy and past from other projects like we see out there!!
