My wife wanted our new house to be beautiful and a bit stunning. I wanted to have my tube amplifier and turntable stereo system accommodated and I wanted to be comfortable living in our home. Both my wife and I are well pleased with Kelly's result. The home is warm, functional and really beautiful. Kelly worked with us giving us so many choices of components then she brought them all into a great design. And she was totally transparent on the process and what we should expect throughout the project. We couldn't be more pleased with the result.

Kelly worked with me to renovate and redecorate my circa 1890 home. The renovations included new windows in the family room; flipping the location of the laundry room and the first floor powder room, refinished wood floors throughout the home and new marble floors in the master bedroom. In addition to the remodel, we completely redecorated nearly the entire home with all new furniture, custom rugs and window treatments, custom light fixtures and gorgeous new bedding. The house is so much fresher, brighter and fun! I could not be happier with the results and would recommend Kelly and KHB Interiors whole-heartedly.

Kelly and I have worked together in the past on a few small projects. This past covid year, we re-decorated almost my entire house and the experience was amazing! It was a hard year, with all the labor shortages, which caused shipping delays, etc, etc, etc. We got thru it with managed expectations, a good sense of humor and were very excited to celebrate along the way, when something really exceeded our expectations! Kelly was always present and available, and she gets really excited and cares about seeing the final project come to fruition. Have I mentioned that Kelly's decorating ability is impeccable? I will end this review with a true story. About 6 months "before" Covid started in 2020, Kelly & I demolished and re-did my entire wall of den bookcases. After its completion, Kelly decorated them for me with a few new things and a lot of my old things. My old things looked great, and I probably never would have thought of displaying them in that fashion or spacing out of shelves in that perfect way. Fast forward to 4 months after the start of Covid quarantining and I hadn't spoken to Kelly in about a year. As I sat on my sofa, I just felt the urge to text Kelly to tell her that the only bearable part of being in quarantine, was getting to look at my beautiful bookcases . . . and so I did :)

We could not be happier with how Kelly furnished and decorated our foyer, powder room, living room/dining room, kitchen and breakfast area in our new house. We went into the project without a vision and a little hesitant thinking the process would be overwhelming. Kelly is very patient. After sitting down with us at the first meeting, asking us questions, and getting our thoughts on different pictures she showed us, she was able to tease out our style. She truly wants her clients to be happy and love each and every piece she picks out. And we never felt overwhelmed! She is organized and presents choices in a way that is extremely manageable. KHB Interiors came to through a friend who has used them for several years. We were wanting to renovate and get new furniture for our home and liked what we saw on her website and at our friends house. Kelly assisted us with the renovation design and also presented us with wonderful options for our new designs. We needed new curtains too, because we had our drapes for a long time and needed new ones. Kelly brought in beautiful fabrics and we are thrilled with new custom drapes throughout our home. My family is also enjoying the new bookcases and furniture which included custom swivel chairs which are very comfortable. Our reveal day was very exciting and we were happy with the outcome when we walked in and were surprised. We highly recommend Kelly and we used them after seeing their work on a similar size house at a friends and me and my husband both liked what we saw. During Covid we renovated our home and Kelly worked with the contractor to do extensive renovations and we both liked that their ideas were well suited to our family and how we live every day. She redesigned our fireplace, and our master bathroom, and our bedroom, dining room, powder room, eat in breakfast are and also redid our kitchen. Kelly also created custom bookcases for us and they look great in our family room. Kelly also designed all of rooms with new furniture everywhere, mostly custom, some not, and showed us fabric to pick out for our new custom drapes that look great as well. Since this was during Covid and we were at home, we appreciated Kelly's promptness and her detailed and complete meeting presentations. Other friends had used other designers and had more of a haphazard approach but I am very organized and liked that they were too. We cannot both say enough good things about our experience with KHB on this very large project. We would use them again and we thank them for the dramatic update in our home.

My wife and I were thrilled with the work that Kelly did for our home. She has exquisite taste and an eye for detail. She convinced to go out of our comfort zone on many ideas...and she was ABSOLUTELY right. We couldn't happier with the outcome. I hired Kelly with KHB to help us with our desperately outdated den and primary bedroom. A friend had used them last year and had nothing but great things to say. They came up with a fantastic design that fit our family with pets and kids and she kept our budget in mind throughout. I appreciated Kelly's communication style because she was honest and up front and had good ideas throughout the entire process. When we had our reveal day, which we were very excited about, both rooms were way better than I could have ever imagined. It was such a nice experience and home our is beautiful and better than anything I could have imagined having. Kelly has been absolutely amazing! I was admittedly unsure about hiring an interior designer—and now can’t imagine our house if we hadn’t. We upsized to prepare for our growing family, and she perfectly designed our new entry room and nursery, which are now undoubtedly my favorite rooms in the house! She took our taste, style and budget and turned the empty spaces into functional and beautiful rooms better than we could have ever done ourselves. We hired Kelly to work with us on our kitchen renovation. I found her through Houzz based on her gleaming reviews. Not only did she help us come up with a fantastic design that fit our aesthetic, lifestyle, and budget, but also connected us with a contractor. Before we started the project, she made clear what her role would be and what to expect, and, for us, that was much appreciated. What stood out the most to me regarding Kelly was her prompt and frequent communication. She always arrived to meetings on time and had design options for hardware, sink, lighting, cabinet paint color, countertop, etc. made available to us in a timely manner. She reminds me of the energizer bunny as she has seemingly limitless energy. I can only imagine how long her to-do list is, but she never made us feel like her job was done until the entire project was 100% complete. We plan on hiring her again for our master bathroom when the time is right.

I contacted Kelly to help me make a Gallery Wall of all my family photos. She was extremely helpful and very efficient. She had me make templets of each frame to mock up the look of the wall, and then organized them in a way that we could modify. She then taped the templets onto the wall with the title of the picture to match them up with the actual picture frames. She was very interested in making my vision a reality, and worked toward that goal. We love the completed project and enjoy seeing the story of our family life together through the years every time we go up or down the stairs.

Kelly was wonderful to work with during the building of our new home. She helped with paint color selections and also window treatments. Having very large windows was a challenge for me , I knew they had to be custom “ dressed “. Kelly guided me through the process and helped me select the perfect window treatments for my desired effect. Thank you, KHB Interiors! I met with Kelly for a new construction consultation because we are building our forever home. It's not your typical new construction because we are restoring and moving my childhood home into part of our new house. This is a lot for us to tackle on our own. KHB Interiors was a huge help. They did a full plan review and I'm very glad we decided to hire them. They were able to catch a few design mistakes, and advise us regarding electrical suggestions and helped with the location and size of various windows for specific design styles but also to maximize the view of our backyard and pool / cabana area. Looking over the plans we discussed windows, flooring, cabinets, and even design changes that can be addressed now before the framing is done! It was well worth it to have a trained set of eyes look at the plans before our house gets framed up. We also nailed down flooring, paint colors, lighting and window treatments. KHB Interiors also advised on about how we should lay out our family room and dining room incorporating family heirlooms, current furniture and even a vintage jukebox. I feel better about everything. Kelly is professional, easy to work with, and very patient as she talked me through figuring out what my preferred style was considering that I had no idea how to explain it. I am extremely happy with the results and that small project has led to a much larger one at the home I have under construction. I am much less stressed after meeting with Kelly. We hired KHB Interiors to renovate a small condo near Tulane University for our daughter who is a student. As we live in a different state, and my daughter was studying abroad, we had to do the entire project remotely via conference calls, Skype and pictures. Kelly was absolutely fantastic. She completed the project ahead of schedule and kept us up to date on the progress every step of the way. The cost estimates she gave us were always accurate. This was a smaller project than Kelly usually does, but she gave it the same attention as if it were a million dollar project. Kelly was also very helpful in keeping the budget on track and helping us not to overspend on the project. She offered helpful suggestions about what was a good value choice and what was not. Kelly had excellent subcontracts who did the work. They even came back to do extra work after we had to install an unexpected new air conditioning unit. Finally, the project looks absolutely fantastic. For a small budget, we were able to transform a condo into a great place to live. Kelly made great design choices. The kitchen in particular went from "yuck" to "wow." I give Kelly 5 stars and a big thank you for doing such a great job on our project.

I am sitting down to write this review on Thanksgiving Day, and it is fitting, because words cannot describe how thankful I am for Kelly Hopkins Brown! She has literally made this Thanksgiving possible this year. I live in a beautiful old New Orleans home, which was desperately in need of some work and style on the main floor, but that was also a design challenge, given the uniquely arranged and large space connecting all of the rooms. I had also moved to New Orleans within the past five years, and hadn’t bought new furniture in probably ten years due to small kids. As an artist, and a somewhat “crafty” homeowner, I had never thought I would enjoy having an interior designer – and as a young professional, I thought it would likely just be a drain on my wallet. I knew, however, that I needed some help with this project, and I found all of my preconceptions to be completely wrong. Kelly brought a world of ideas and expertise, but from the start she did so in a way that took into account all of my tastes, the specific needs of my family, and even portions that I preferred to design with my own art. Her team of professionals, who refinished my floors, painted the interior (including high ceilings and intricate trim), and created a custom bar, were honest, reliable, true craftsmen, and at a BETTER price than I would have found anywhere else on my own. Due to external factors, I had a very narrow timeline in which to complete the floor refinishing and painting, and ALL of the major construction work was done by the assigned deadlines. Having seen several friends go through horrors of delayed or poorly constructed renovations, I can say that her skill and professionalism with leading her team is NOT something to take lightly in New Orleans. Likewise, Kelly always presented me with a range of options to choose from, which were well-thought out, creative, within my budget, and which in the end are beautiful, high quality, and comfortable. She approached each of our meetings with a smile and excitement on her face, and took responsibility for the quality, timing and perfection of every item in the project – making it so much easier for me, and my life! I looked forward to seeing her and hearing from her, and it feels as though she is not just my designer, but a friend. I am so grateful to have found KHB Interiors, and can see now that even while not breaking my budget, the value added to my home appears to be at least double what I have put into the project. Prior to KHB, I hadn’t really entertained beyond baby birthday parties, and close family visits, in part because I wasn’t really comfortable with the state of my home. Within just a few months, Kelly’s full service design has completely transformed my first floor into something that I can be proud of – and that has changed my life! My family and I love to use the space, both on my own, and for entertaining, and I have already gotten so many compliments from guests. It is a space that reflects me, and which I am proud of – and the ability to bring out the best in a home and individual’s character is really the hallmark of an outstanding designer. Today, my home is a place that I am grateful to be enjoying with plenty of guests on this Thanksgiving, and I owe a good part of that to KHB Interiors!

THE BEST! We were gifted a free consultation with KHB Interiors and initially requested services for furniture placement - we had no intentions of contracting Kelly for 4 rooms (kitchen, dining, living and foyer). She was so detailed in the consultation that I stopped her halfway through and requested her services. We began by sending her 3 photos, and we described to her what we liked about each photo. From there, she provided 3 options for each piece of furniture. Kelly couldn’t have picked the most perfect pieces that fit our personality and exactly the look we were going for. She chose pieces that were suitable for a family with young children, who love to entertain, and still classic, timeless, and beautiful. We were able to select 95% of our pieces in our first meeting. The second meeting was all about fabrics for our custom items – the shades, the couch, swivel chairs, leather recliner, dining table stain, and window treatments. After deciding, Kelly ordered the items and we waited. After 6-8 weeks, we scheduled our Reveal Day and Kelly did not disappoint. NEVER did we think our home could look as amazing as it does. Weeks later, we are still in awe. Our home feels like home. Complete. Comfortable. Welcoming. Beautiful. Straight out of a magazine. We can’t say enough great things about Kelly – she executed our vision perfectly. Kelly truly has a gift and manages each job effortlessly and with great pride. Great job Kelly!!! I purchased a Day of Design (3 hours consultation). It was a big bang for my dollar. Kelly was so easy to work with. She kicked off her shoes and did her magic. We rearranged furniture and art with ideas of furniture (and other accessories) to purchase in the future.

I loved my Day of Design with Kelly! We were having a hard time getting settled into a temporary home: Kelly helped make our space enjoyable by rearranging furniture and directing us on where to hang our favorite art and photos. KHB is a superior interior design studio. Kelly transformed our understated foyer into a stunning “room”! From the Berger chairs, where we can sit for coffee while admiring the beautiful gold leaf ceiling, to the antique reproduction console with carved legs. The wool round area rug which was placed in the curve of our freestanding staircase under our baby grand makes such an impact when you enter through the front doors. We have been in our house for 23 years and never really paid any attention to detail in the foyer. Now we have this grand entryway to invite our guests into our lovely home.

We just love them and We hired KHB again to help with some new projects -They worked with us on fabrics and decor including a rug for our family room. Then we hired them for our kitchen and lighting redesign. Our home is in a natural preserve so we love the use of natural pieces. Kelly presented several live edge tables, and lighting options. Kelly showed us a few lights but her favorite was a natural branch and leave fixture that brought the outside in! We loved it as well. I highly recommend KHB and you won't be disappointed by their professionalism and their creativity!

We would recommend KHB for any projects you may have. Upon purchasing a second home in New Orleans, we felt we needed help with renovations and design. After our first meeting we felt like Kelly was a good choice for us. They helped us select paint colors for the entire home, and we also had them help us with a new back splash for our kitchen. In the kitchen they also selected some childproof fabrics and got our existing bar-stools refinished and also added the new fabrics. We then embarked on the interior design of the penthouse. They worked with us provided rug samples, fabric samples and was very organized during this process and made it painless for us. They created a beautiful family room and master bedroom. Kelly pushed us to a large scale rustic bookcase with barn doors and she pushed for an oversized custom sectional. Both are just great looking in the family room and we are glad we took their advice. The end result was better than the renderings. It was more than we imagined. We also enjoyed our big day when everything was set up and delivered while we all were away. After a thorough intake process, she understood our taste and our lifestyle. She helped us update a bedroom , a study and an office nook. Her ideas were amazing, creative, and beautiful! Kelly is an excellent interior designer. I was immediately comfortable with her and her many suggestions. I was amazed how she could quickly and effortlessly rearranged furniture, pictures and accessories to provide a pulled together look. She had many helpful suggestions for me which gave several of my rooms a more inviting and welcoming feel to them. I hired Kelly for a Day of Decorating which meant 3 hours of her time. She was fabulous. I had company coming for Thanksgiving and wanted to freshen and update my look. She was so helpful with furniture, pictures and accessories. We have been thrilled with our choice of KHB Interiors to assist us with the planning and design of our home which is being constructed in Lakeview. Kelly's pre-meeting survey was very thorough and allowed her to truly have a sense of our style and desired outcomes. She was fully prepared for our first meeting with initial ideas and things she considered "must haves" based on our survey. We walked through the floor plan room-by-room, and she made recommendations for adding or taking away features on our original plans that have we are now so grateful for that our house is entering its final stages of building. She is energetic, upbeat and passionate about what she does. She truly understands balance, proper measurements and use of color, and she is very responsive when we have a question or last minute idea. In addition to all of the above, she is fair. I'm so happy that a friend referred me to Kelly at KHB Interiors. I knew from our very first conversation that she was the designer I wanted for our renovation project. She recommended two contractors to bid on our job and arranged for them to meet us, hear what we wanted to do, and have them submit estimates. All this was accomplished even before we went to act of sale on our house. Kelly sat down with me and explained in detail what she would be doing for us before I signed a contract with her. She answered all of my questions to my satisfaction so I would know what to expect from her and the contractor. I signed the contract which included that she would be the project manager. The renovations we wanted done included turning two bedrooms into a master bedroom suite with a very large walk-in master closet and a completely redesigned master bathroom. We also wanted a wet bar removed next to the kitchen and a large pantry built in its place. We closed on the house March 29 and the work began on April 2. As with most renovations there were a couple of "surprises" which are generally expected in a forty-five year old house. Kelly and our contractor took care of everything with our approval and the work continued without delay. Kelly guided me through all the design decisions that had to be made and was always available to me when I had questions or concerns. We are now days away from moving into our beautiful home and couldn't be more excited. The work was done so beautifully down to the smallest detail. We could not be more pleased with the results. On behalf of Myself and my family, we are writing this review to say that we are so thrilled with the service and designs from KHB Interiors. It has been a fabulous year working with KHB interiors – they have helped us with every facet of renovating our beautiful new estate. Initially, we tackled all of the painting for the exterior of the house as well as the interior. We love the creative ideas and colors that were recommended especially our deep navy blue for our media room, and we also used an “accent wall” in the master bedroom. Kelly told us that “accent walls” were design trends that had passed and expressed that her job is to provide us with updates on fads and hot trends in her industry. She was also very emphatic that it’s our home and we can do anything we want and that many of her clients still really appreciate the beauty of an “accent wall” so we went ahead and did it. She convinced us that we do not have to be “on trend” and have our home look like everyone else’s. So once the painting was completed we installed new flooring throughout which we are thrilled with. It’s pet proof, man proof and kid proof all while providing us a fabulous look. Lighting was next : KHB created a lighting plan and a lighting design for the entire home. Our chandeliers are magnificent and are showcasing the design style we were aiming for. The huge beauty we placed in our foyer is actually as tall as I am. It is simply spectacular! After lighting we moved on to several new pieces of furniture including some solid wood bookcases with glass and iron doors that are over 100 inches tall. They really make a statement in our family room flanking our fireplace. Speaking of fireplace it was deep brown stone and KHB recommended that we have it “ washed “. We painted it shades of beige, white with highlights and details in a soft shimmer metallic. Total transformation for the family room. We pulled in pops of color with a navy and pink rug and decor. We added Gray custom Roman shades flanked by navy linen stationary panels !! We also ordered some beautiful barstools that complement the different shades of wood in our home. The barstools look great and sitting below 5 pieces of jewelry hanging from our ceiling above the bar - Kelly selected the most fabulous pendants that showcase a crystal in the middle of each pendant that is about 6 inches wide. I have five of them above the bar and every time I look up I just smile — they are pretty, feminine with a touch of bling yet classic ! For a little more pizzazz we added an animal print runner up the stairs, and and I have to say that I just adore it. We most recently completed custom drapery in the home. In our sitting room we have 20 foot tall silk dupuoni drapes that are pleated with a beautiful butterfly pleat. We also have natural woven blinds, beautiful pleated sheers, and Roman shades throughout and silk drapery in other rooms as well. They are literally so pretty; I look at them all the time. Lastly, and definitely not least, we renovated the master bathroom and our powder room. That involved KHB working with us on all of the finishes like the flooring, walls, plumbing, lighting , Vanities, the wallpaper and the decor ! She recommended beautiful vanities with marble tops and added custom lighting and bold decor !! Every facet of these two bathrooms take my breath away ! I think they are actually prettier than the rooms at the four seasons hotel !! We have dramatic wallpaper and dramatic pieces of art that just made my jaw drop every time I walk in there. There is still more to come, but I cannot even express how thrilled we are with every facet of what Kelly and KHB helped us with. From the selections to the project management to her design ideas. We could not have done it without them.

I decided to work with Kelly because she states she works with all budgets and my budget was relatively small. Kelly was great from start to finish. She gave me beautiful furniture options that were affordable and also some splurge items that were equally as beautiful. The end product left me almost speechless... the only words I had were "it's so pretty" with a big smile! Everything is pretty much perfect, even the decor items Kelly found for me that I had never seen before reveal day. Kelly spent the time to answer each and every text, email, question, and concern and put my mind at ease throughout the process. There were a couple small items that came in damaged and Kelly had the replacements within a week. That's the only "negative" thing I can say about the design/decorate. Kelly took the time and sourced wallpaper for a wall in my living area and a bathroom as a little lagniappe for me as the idea to wallpaper came up later in the process. My living room and dining room are beautiful, feminine with a little quirk just like my personality and my office is awesome! Kelly delivers even with a relatively small budget! I don't know words to describe how much I appreciate everything Kelly has done for me. I will without a doubt hire Kelly for any other project I have! For anyone who needs professional help and doesn't have a huge budget, Kelly will make it happen! Truly great at what you do Kelly! I'm forever grateful as the end result of this project brightened up my house and my smile!

I started working with Kelly in March of 2017 after winning a “Day of Design” that she had donated to a fundraising auction for the benefit of our Church as well as our children’s school. Her tips during the day were wonderful as she edited the decor that I ALREADY had!!! She took me room by room giving me suggestions to make our home more visually appealing with some easy updates that we could do. She was professional and subtle with her suggestions offering her expertise and assistance when I was ready to move forward with other projects. After our day, I decided to consult with Kelly for new window treatments in my kitchen/dining area. I struggled with what to do in this space for so long. Kelly gave me options that she felt would fit the space and be the most versatile for my family’s living. She followed us through the project from start to finish. I am completely happy with our choice and my natural fiber shades look perfect! A year later, I decided to reach back out to Kelly for new living room furniture rather than choosing to buy from a big box brand/store. I also wanted to “spruce” up my bathrooms by adding some custom shower curtains which she had suggested in our meeting the year before. She’s worked diligently with me to again find the styles of furniture and fabrics that fit my family’s lifestyle and our budget. When something just wasn’t right (discontinued fabrics, for example) she was willing to find other options to show me as quickly as she could. Kelly even offered quick unrelated design advice to some projects I was trying to tackle on my own. I’m looking forward to receiving my custom furniture (sofa, swivel chair, ottomans) and my shower curtains. I’m confident that it will exceed my hopes and expectations!

As a new homeowner, I was ready to invest in furnishing my family living room, but like most people, I was on a time and budget constraint. I starting looking for assistance when my husband and I bought new construction. Thank goodness we found Kelly from the beginning! It started with a two hour consultation and I immediately knew that she would be great to work with. She is kind, fun, has a great sense of style and is honest which is precisely what we were looking for. We got so much accomplished in the two hour consultation that I never dreamed we would do - even picking out the exterior house colors. Once we selected KHB to assist us, we started with the basics of the house – selecting wood floor color, tiles for bathrooms, plumbing fixtures for the bathrooms, cabinet colors throughout the house, bathroom & powder room vanity. I never realized there were so many decisions until we bought this house and Kelly helped us make selections that will be timeless. She looked at pics of things we liked – my husband and I have different taste and honestly didn’t really know what we wanted but somehow Kelly managed to find the right balance for us. Probably one of our favorite features in the house are our light fixtures. This is where we really had no idea what we wanted and Kelly knocked it out of the park! Everyone who visits the house comments on our lights. They are the perfect mix of elegant, classy, and unique. She also put together the lighting plan which told the electricians exactly what height they should be hung. This was a life saver and made this process go so smooth. She also helped us pick the perfect wallpaper for our powder room. I was so indecisive on this and Kelly’s patience was to be commended. She encouraged us to be bold and now we have a powder room that looks like it is straight out of a magazine! And even my husband (who thought he hated wallpaper) loves it! Once the house was done, we hired Kelly for additional help to furnish the house. Since she had been with us from the beginning, it was a seamless transition into her knowing our style and what our vision was. So far Kelly has helped us with all the furniture and furnishings in our living/kitchen and master bedroom. She selected beautiful fabric for our 12’ custom drapery and they completely transform the room. The couch that she selected bridges the gap of beautiful and luxurious at the same time. She assisted with these selections as well as a console table, coffee table, chair, kitchen table with chairs, kitchen barstools, custom headboard, nightstands, and dresser. We truly couldn’t have found anyone better to work with on our house. Kelly is so fun and professional and so very easy to work with. She has such unique ideas that are implemented flawlessly. I don’t want to imagine what our house would look like without her! We look forward to working with her on additional projects in the future.

After renovating my kitchen and sunroom and getting a new coat of paint on all of the rooms in my downstairs, I wanted a fresh look with the decorating in those rooms but didn't have the time, energy or talent to make that work. So, I started looking online and found Kelly on Houzz. I had no references from anyone about her but based upon the reviews and pictures of her work, I decided to call her for some help and I am very glad that I did. After getting some feedback from me during our initial meeting, she "took the ball and ran" and picked out all accessories for each room, which were many, because we wanted a new a look, and then picked a day when we were at work to install and set all items up in my house. When we came home that day, everything was done and it looked like a new house. Everything was beautiful and the rooms flowed. I appreciate all that Kelly did because she made what I found to be a painful process a very easy one. I would highly recommend her.

A friend recommended KHB Interiors. We appreciated their initial presentation, the explanation of billing and the format for presenting the design concepts to us. They had fresh ideas that were different and unique. Kelly helped us select paint colors and tile and supplied us with the contractors needed to renovate our kitchen, den and dining room. We had attempted to find items on our own with little success. Kelly helped us pick out multiple items, including the perfect backsplash -- we loved it so much that we were willing to wait several months for it to be brought in from Italy. She found us nice options for furniture, rugs, drapes, lighting and accessories that were of high quality and different from anything that we had seen in local stores. They worked hard to pull all of the rooms together and presented the final product on "reveal day". On that day, everything was delivered and set up -- she even rearranged our bookshelves. The rooms looked fabulous and magazine ready. Everything went smoothly and all was handled for us. We were so happy with their services and designs, that we are using them again to help us with our powder room and some other spaces. Several members of our Old Met facebook group had recommended KHB Interiors so we met with her. We had used someone else when we built a few years ago but we felt like we wanted something new. We were preparing to renovate the second story of our house. We liked Kelly and her passion from the start was very evident and she was also thorough at explaining her service level she would give us. Feeling like she could help us achieve the look we wanted upstairs we hired KHB and we are glad we did. They renovated our upstairs from moving walls, adding a door, picking out all the new paint colors, new flooring, and had a flooring company who gave us beautiful options and was also well priced. KHB supplied the painters and the contractors to do the work and while I was at work and they handled it all for us. We needed a project manager on this beast. We are not a do it yourself type family so we appreciated the turnkey service they offered which meant I wasn't having to keep track of it all every step of the way. I liked when we were picking out furniture she had a nice but concise power point presentation, which I also use, decisions were made and they took the ball and made it happen. They also presented us with a complete design for two bedrooms that we really liked. We then had KHB furnish both rooms with everything we needed from the mattresses to the art and decor and all of the new furniture, custom drapes and bedding. Kelly insisted on what she called a 'reveal day' and I'm glad she did because it was exciting for us all. That day KHB and her helpers came in to set up everything and then we got to come home and be surprised at the finished rooms. It was fun. As you can probably tell we are extremely happy with the renovation and all of the rooms upstairs and look forward to working with KHB again when we start on the downstairs. I can't more highly recommend a good company and a good lady.

I am very excited to write this review for KHB Interiors. Kelly at KHB Interiors was a great surprise for us. We have used other professionals in the past, but our experience with Kelly was very different. Kelly came highly recommended and I am doing the same here by recommending KHB Interiors. Kelly has a natural gift for doing interior design work and just seems to know what works. She is extremely talented and skilled but also very detail oriented, organized and honest. A lot of interior design professionals I've run across over the years can sometimes be a bit 'scattered' but our experience with KHB Interiors was very organized and detailed. Kelly had a process and it made us both feel very comfortable, we loved her communication skills and really appreciated the fact that we always knew what was going on and what was going to happen next. That being said, we needed an interior designer and Kelly has a great eye for design. She effortlessly aided us in wading through the many paint colors and we are very happy with the outcome. Our home feels very ' on trend' yet it’s our style which exudes a peaceful and soothing feel. KHB Design was hired to stage a new construction home listed for sale. Buyers were having a difficult time imagining furniture placement--KHB drafted a proposal and executed the plan for furnishing the property in a timely manner. My experience with KHB Interiors was very positive. It was a breath of fresh air for them to come in and really listen to what I wanted for my bedroom. I wanted a glamorous, luxurious, and relaxing bedroom including the colors of blush pink, off white, and metallic including silver and gold. KHB interiors listened to exactly what I wanted, and helped make my ideas come to life. Visually, I didn't know how I would be able to have a glamorous bedroom with a calming affect. They captured it perfectly and created a beautiful and feminine space for me to relax in every day. I am so thrilled to the small details and they were so fun to work with and really nailed it. In preparation, we communicated several times before her visit. She came to my home prepared to help me tackle my list of needs. She worked diligently to help me declutter and rearrange bookshelves, directed me on selecting a paint color palete to update my home and made recommendations on several other projects that are on my 'to do' list. Kelly Hopkins Brown was very helpful during our consultations upon buying my first home. I needed to start from scratch, but wasn't able to do everything at once. I contracted Kelly's for her design for day option and it was absolutely perfect. She was prepared for my project and kept me focused and moving. She made great use of our time together and was full of great options and always asked my opinion. She designed a new furniture placement for us and gave us a great followup letter..i.e. to do list. The design for a day option is great for those on a budget and willing to do some work yourself. Kelly is very pleasant and easy to work with and I would highly recommend her services.
