We worked with Kimball on a full kitchen remodel two years ago, as well as a recent full master bathroom remodel. Kimball was very adaptable to our style, cost requirements and design needs. I really struggle with putting together the different pieces of a new room, and Kimball did a great job of guiding me through the process of selecting the colors and materials. She came up with a unique pattern and combination of stone for our shower. She has also offered great advice on the practical side of the designs - cabinet configurations, plumbing location, storage requirements, etc. The end result of our new master bathroom is amazing - couldn't be happier with it!

Kimball began helping me update and redecorate my 80-year-old home over 15 years ago. It is a work in progress. She has helped me to make my home a beloved sanctuary. We started with a fresh coat of paint and window coverings in 2000. Over the years we gutted and renovated the kitchen, completely redid the living room and put another project on hold while we regroup. Kimball has stayed with me, guiding, educating and encouraging me to step outside my comfort zone, all to give me a home that I adore.

My husband & i have worked with Kimball for the last 7 years and could not recommend her more. She has helped us with with everything from adding additional square footage to our home to finding the perfect throw pillow for a guest bed -- all with the same level of professionalism and attention to detail that you could ever hope for! Her taste is inpectable as you would expect; but she is also practical enough for the "real" world. In our case we have three large dogs that shed an ungodly amount of hair, everything in our home must be sturdy enough to not only survive the dogs themselves, but also their hair - while still being beautiful enought to make me smile! When my husband and I decided to renovate a 100 year old historic home we were quickly overwhelmed by all of the decisions that needed to be made to turn this house into our dream home. Finding Kimball and having her work on our project was absolutely the best decision we made! She literally oversaw every aspect of our renovation from paint choices to room layout and design which included looking at spec drawings to make sure all the little details were done right! She also helped us find furnishings and accessories to compliment the style we had in mind. She consulted and worked closely with our contractor and the result was a beautiful renovation that we are beyond happy with. Kimball is very professional and also very conscientious about being efficient with your time. We have continued to work with her over the years for various projects and I wouldn't decorate or renovate a house without her!

I have worked with Kimball Bonamici and her husband Tom for over 10 years and can't say enough about their level of expertise, skill and professionalism. Kimball helped us with several projects on our first and second homes, the most recent of which was a major top to bottom remodel. Kimball is wonderful - I have used her for a kitchen remodel where she helped us in every phase of the project - from designing the cabinets to picking out the backsplash/countertop and appliances and having everything installed. She is a full-service one-stop shop where she can even provide you with the contractor. We moved recently and Kimball helped decorate our new house with new paint, furniture and rugs. Just give her an hour to come and rehang pictures and rearrange your knick knacks and you'll be amazed at her work. She is very easy and fun to work with but will be honest with her opinions. I will continue to use Kimball in the future - it is money well spent to hire her. Her husband Tom is also very helpful and can do handy projects around the house! Love the Bonamici Team!!

Kimball has worked on several remodeling projects in our house and we are extremely happy with what she has done. The first project was almost 10 years ago, and we still love it! As a designer, Kimball is an extremely talented professional whose color and space sense is unmatched. She talked to us to figure out our life style, wish lists, budgets and presented several choices that we loved. I’ve noticed that she could work with various styles, from contemporary to traditional. She figured out quickly what we liked, and the choices that she presented from then on were all spot on. As a business owner, she is a hard worker and great organizer. She is very efficient so we can accomplish a great deal and make many decisions in a reasonable amount of time. We always felt that she respected our time and made sure our meetings were as efficient and productive as she could. We’ve recommended Kimball to many of our friends, and not surprisingly, they are all very happy with her work. We are amazed that, after so many years, we still love what she has done. She has just completed window treatment for our family room and of course we absolutely love it. When we told her how much we loved her latest work, she said “it would make me so happy if you still say that after 10 years.” I have no doubt we will!

Kimball is the consummate professional. She works hard, was sensitive to my tastes while nicely pointing out how something else might work better, kept a close eye on every detail and made sure that sometimes, well, let's just say "inattentive" subcontractors did what they were supposed to do when and how they were supposed to do it. What I appreciate most about Kimball, in addition to the above, is that she can whittle down huge catalogs of, say, cabinet pulls, to about a half-dozen or so that she knows you'll like. I've hired Kimball twice, once for a master bath remodel, and most recently for a major remodel of my kitchen, utility room, front entry, home office, full bath, half bath and music room, in addition to installing wood floors in the living room. Her planning made a complicated task much better. Her husband and partner Tom was also a joy to work with, as he installed, fixed and/or hung shelves, electrical cords, pictures, cabinet door pulls, towel racks, curtains, shades and supervised other contractors when I couldn't be home. Indispensable!

Kimball and her staff are always professional. Kimball is a master with color paint selections - always spot on! Her ability to listen and evaluate the best needs of a project are timely and accurate.

Kimball Bonamici is an extremely talented, hard working, and experienced interior designer. She has a great sense of design, is very easy to work with, and produces tangible results quickly. In 2009, I located Kimball through the ASID while I was searching for a design professional. I hired her to help me furnish a new townhouse. During our first meeting, we discussed options for covering 19 windows and sliding glass doors in my home. Kimball listened to my wishes and ideas then presented options for me to consider. She never pushed me to choose a particular window covering, but she directed me towards choices that were functional, good looking, and within my budget. Next, I worked with Kimball to replace the carpet that was installed by the builder. Again, Kimball listened to my interests then presented me with smart choices that met my needs and budget. Afterwards, I worked with Kimball to reupholster cushions on dining chairs that I moved from my previous home. Around the same time, we ordered area rugs for my dining area and halls. On both matters, Kimball worked with me to transform my ideas for fabrics and textures into smart product selections. Later, I worked with Kimball to select new furniture for my bedroom and main living area. Like before, Kimball listened to my ideas then recommended choices that looked good and worked well in my home. Kimball arranged for me to visit design showrooms in Dallas to view furniture. With Kimball's help, I narrowed my choices. Kimball priced different pieces and told me where I could get the best prices on the pieces I selected. Finally, Kimball worked with me to select fabrics and wood finishes. The advice that Kimball offered regarding fabrics and finishes made the end result striking. She helped me achieve the look that I wanted in my home. Kimball also worked with me to select replacement ceiling fans, to hang existing pieces of art, and to order custom mirrors for my bedroom and powder room. When any problems arose, Kimball and her husband Tom worked diligently to resolve them to my satisfaction. Even though my initial project is complete, I plan to continue to use Kimball's services to help with the placement of new pieces of art and the selection of furniture for my home office. The greatest value that Kimball provided was listening to my needs and wishes then transforming them into tangible results that fully met my expectations. I have great respect for Kimball and Tom. I highly recommend their services.
