Kim and her team are incredible! Their skillful work transformed our home during an extensive remodel, and I was so impressed that I had them furnish my office as well. Despite pandemic-related delays, they provided exceptional support and communication throughout the process. Kim and her crew were an amazing team. They helped us design our kitchen, powder room, office, and den, along with lighting selection for our dining room and living room. They helped us furnish our living room, dining room, and home office. Incredibly patient, efficient means to incorporate our style preferences, and very high quality of the furnishings they selected for us. I was so impressed, that we had them help us with furnishing my work office as well. Highly recommended and without reservation.

Our experience with Kallan and the entire KM team was nothing short of spectacular. This was our first remodel we had ever gone through, and to be honest, going into the process I was not completely knowledgeable of the role of an interior designer. As the project progressed, I was genuinely surprised with all of the responsibilities a design outfit carries on a large-scale remodel. From start to finish, Kallan was hands on and took complete charge of the project. Between the initial realistic construction renderings she produced at the start, to some of the finishing details with design touches, everything was impressive. She was able to transform our outdated space into something we are proud of and love to come home to everyday, and overall, much more functional for our family and lifestyle. We ended up using a contractor based off of her recommendation and were glad that we did. The communication between design and construction was flawless and it provided a feeling of one single team working together on the same goal. There was a PM on the construction side of things, but make no mistake, Kallan was the boss of the entire project! Looking back, we are extremely happy with our decision to go with KM and are grateful Kallan was spearheading it from start to finish. We wouldn’t have done it any other way.

Kim, Kallan and the whole team at KMI not only helped make our home renovation dream a reality, they also helped us come up with our dream in the first place! We know what we like but can't put those preferences into a plan by ourselves. Enter KMI! They took the time to assess our style, turn our preferences into a beautiful design and then bring that design to life. They not only helped with the design process but also with selecting finishes, identifying statement pieces and even communicated and met on site with our contractors on a regular basis to make sure their plans were properly executed. We can't recommend KMI highly enough!

The team at KMI is exceptional. They guided us through a complete kitchen renovation and made every part of the process seamless through their high attention to detail, clever eye for design and stellar interpersonal skills. We engaged with KMI again when we reimagined the exterior of our home and couldn't be more thrilled with how both projects turned out. They took all the guesswork out and I plan to use their services again and again!
