K’lissa is very knowledgeable in her field. This was a 1950 kitchen remodel that turned out beautiful. From taking my drawing to designing my kitchen, she is very patient, responds quickly to emails or calls and works within your budget. Her recommendations were very helpful and she even brought the project crew over so we all were on the same page as far as the design. This really was helpful. The entire remodel was on time, within budget and exactly what I was expecting. I would definitely recommend her for your project.

K'lissa not only provided samples and personally came to measure our windows, but she also brought in the installer to make sure the project would work. She was wonderful, and our window treatments are stunning!

I loved working with K'lissa! She is a real pro! She pulled together the perfect fabrics and pieces to fit with existing pieces, creating a wonderful and relaxing bedroom space. Very good at keeping me informed of progress and there we no surprises.

She came over to our house to measure and offer ideas to make our old pieces complement the new ones we purchased from Ethan Allen. She was friendly, accommodating, and professional. Our home was built in 1947, and we have lived in the home for 20 years. Home improvement projects always seemed to "bypass" the original living room, and for good reason. Long and narrow with five windows and a fireplace that was not centered in the room, we called it our bowling alley. Finally, my wife had had enough! Using an online room planner we decided to shop around for ideas. That's when we met K'lissa. She eagerly accepted the challenge and we shared ideas and plans. She made a home visit to take measurements, helped with design, furniture selection, and fabric. She kept in touch with us throughout the remodeling project. It was a success! We love our new room, and highly recommend K'lissa for her knowledge and design experience.

We had decided to update our dining table/chairs and also our family room sofa and two recliners. I stopped in one day and K'lissa was working and asked me if she could help. I explained that we have two cats (one older cat with claws) and that we really needed pretty casual furniture, with performance fabric. She took me around and showed me some options. She came out to our house and then made some recommendations. I liked that she really listened to me and came up with good recommendations and that she wasn't at all pushy She let me take home fabric samples, to make me feel more comfortable about my choices. Even though Ethan Allen didn't have the type of oversized rocker recliners we were looking for, she referred me to a designer she knew at another store that sold those types. That person was great to work with too. I really enjoyed working with K'lissa and would work with her again. I will also recommend her to others.

K’lissa was recommended to me by fellow co-worker when she was in her initial on boarding phase with Ethan Allen. I was rather skeptical at first working with someone still learning the products however my views quickly changed based on her work ethic and service skills. I visited EA back in November 2014 in need of a sofa. I fell in love with a display and decided that this was the one that I wanted. K’lissa took it upon herself to ask the right probing questions and the utilization of the sofa to determine if it was truly the best fit. Due to being over 6’2 she recommended another sofa that I was not taken on at first. She was a true trooper in explaining to me the basics and what I need to look for in a sofa. I was on the fence now due to her wisdom on things I had never considered such as depth to knee ration and comfort of standing up\down and the true length required to relax laying down which the one I loved did not poses. I decided to hold off on the sofa and make the 2HR drive back once I make up my mind. K’lissa and I kept in contact through e-mails back and forth and some phone calls to help her review my options. She requested my living room measurements to be sent to her. I sent pictures and the measurements and requested to obtain a chair and ottoman as well if this was possible. She gladly reviewed my proposal and made her recommendations on product placement. One thing that I have found out throughout this process is that pictures speak volumes and you should bring those in along with a design book of pictures of what you are trying to achieve. K’lissa also took into consideration my design style and did not reject my thoughts on purchasing accent items elsewhere. She even made some recommendations which at this point I knew that she is a true designer. After multiple e-mails and review of the budget I decided to place my order with the company. She provided all the required materials for the ordering process check on requirements if she did not know right away within her database and truly made me feel like I was valued. There are others at this store that only see dollar sings that need to be cut and replaced with more people like K’lissa. Truly good employees are hard to come by that genuinely care and K’lissa is one of the best at EA. I would work with her again and wish the best with her career with EA.

After living 6 years in our current home, my husband and I decided to furnish our living room. We had bought dining room furniture from Ethan Allen and I wanted to keep that continuity and style with the living room. At Ethan Allen, we met K'lissa and she took us through all the beautiful rooms of furniture. We had an idea of what we wanted, but I was really overwhelmed by all the options of quality furniture. She offered to come to our home and see our space and took all the photos and measurements she needed to draw up a design. We then went to the store and she showed us her design plans with fabric, wood options. K'lissa was very patient with us when we were hesitant, asked too many questions. and concerned about delivery. But K'lissa gave us the time we needed to make our decisions. We basically loved all her ideas and now we have a beautiful living room of a sofa, two chairs, two side tables, a floor lamp and a table lamp. Without a doubt, we would contact K'lissa for any future assistance in interior design needs

We used K'lissa's strives twice and were completely satisfied. She steered us to an excellent upholsterer and was patient while we made our selections of fabrics, etc. We'd definitely use her again.
