Kristi Gordnier Design

Kristi is pure joy and sunshine to work with! She is incredibly talented and has such a wonderful ability to see the big picture and the potential of a project. She truly listens and understands your vision, while adding her own honest feedback, insight, and creativity in a way that makes the entire process feel collaborative and exciting. She is also incredibly patient. My husband and I agreed on most things, but when we didn’t, Kristi always knew how to find a solution that worked beautifully for both of us. She has a true gift for bringing ideas together and making you feel heard throughout the process. We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Kristi. She is not only talented and creative, but genuinely lovely to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a designer who will bring both expertise and heart to their project. With gratitude, Elise Kramer-Chamorro

Working with Kristi Gordnier Design was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Designing a space can easily feel overwhelming, but Kristi made the entire journey seamless, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. She listened closely to our vision and brought fresh, creative ideas to the table, ensuring our personal taste was reflected in every detail while elevating the design far beyond what we imagined. The end result doesn't just look incredible—it feels warm, welcoming, and perfectly tailored to how we live every day. If you're looking for an interior designer you can truly trust, I couldn't recommend Kristi Gordnier Design more highly!

Kristi is the consummate professional. She has a wealth of experience that allows her to offer excellent design insight and wisdom to every question, making the design process easy for her clients. She brings her depth of practical experience, twinned with a natural love of design, to every project. She is equally gifted with the big picture issues (designing a whole new room or house) as she is with the true minutia of remodeling (how to choose the style and material kitchen cabinet knob for every single drawer or cupboard - and where to buy them most inexpensively). She knows about everything - flooring, windows, furniture layouts, cabinetry, appliances ... and she's willing to help her clients through the decision process patiently. As an added bonus, she is kind and a joy to work with. Simply the best.

Kristi was great. Very helpful with choices and cost, but also has great taste. She knew lots of relevant folks in town, and helped us organize and streamline many remodel decisions - not just interior design. She helped make a stressful period much less stressful. Would definitely recommend her!"

From the very beginning, Kristi demonstrated a deep understanding of our vision and needs, combining creativity with practicality. Kristi has an incredible eye for detail and an innate ability to transform spaces into stunning works of art. Kristi took the time to get to know our personal style and preferences, ensuring that every room felt uniquely ours while also maintaining a cohesive and harmonious overall design. Her use of tones and texture have created an ambiance that is both inviting and sophisticated. Communication with Kristi was seamless throughout the entire project. She was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and offer insightful suggestions. Her professionalism and dedication were evident in every interaction. One of the many highlights of working with Kristi was her introduction of unique pieces and materials that we would have never discovered on our own, elevating the overall look and feel of our home. Kristi built and designed our beautiful dream home. She is detail oriented, artistic and efficient in everything she does. She created our entire house, including every light fixture, piece of furniture, flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, basically the entire home. I was able to move into a perfect home and had zero stress during the project. I can't say enough good things about her. In addition, she also designed our outdoor area and landscaping. She is multi-talented.

Kristi was amazing! I loved that she had so many resources and was able to help me make difficult decisions with ease. Choosing lighting was by far the most challenging for me, but Kristi was able to give me some great inspiration and suggestions of where to shop. I also love that she is very easy-going and I did not feel uncomfortable each time we met. She is very organized.

Kristi is an incredible designer as well as an incredible woman. Years ago she helped us update our living and kitchen area in our former house. When we had to sell our house suddenly in a down market, it not only sold in a day, but the people buying our house asked to buy the furniture and curtains we had as well, some of the things that Kristi had helped with! We bought a new home recently and fortunately Kristi has helped us once again start to make our home truly feel like our home. The most amazing thing about Kristi, other than the fact that she has great taste and chooses just the right paint colors, is that she can decorate a home with affordable furniture and decorative items, and it still looks like the home was decorated with high end items. We highly recommend Kristi!

Kristi is very thoughtful and insightful in helping find the style and products that we loved in our kitchen and living area remodel. Kristi was right on with her advice and her knowledge of the local resources was extremely helpful.

Working with Kristi is a dream. For me this would have been a daunting task, her ideas and resources made it easy and dare I say, fun. I knew what I wanted, but I didn’t know how to make it happen. She was able to come into our home and understand our style right away. We were able to collaborate and incorporate my vision with her ideas and she made it a reality. Kristi is able to look at every room with a fresh perspective, with even the smallest change or suggestion that makes a huge difference. She worked with us on our master bedroom, the kid’s playroom/study room/guest room and our living room. We are so happy with her designs. We have a home that is warm and inviting with a flair of island style that really reflects our lifestyle and family. Kristi has a lot of amazing ideas and she is a great resource. We loved working with Kristi and would highly recommend Kristi Gordnier Design.

Kristi has an keen eye for design that is impeccable. She is extremely patient, unbelievably talented and is able to make the hardest decisions seem easy. When a husband and wife have 2 different styles, it is not easy to both deal with the "differences" and be able to find simple solutions that blend the 2 together. Kristi is able to seamlessly mold the 2 into a phenomenal finished product that makes both spouses happy. I really can't say enough about how exceptional she is all around. Thank you so much for helping us with our remodel!
