Fun, exciting, and hassle-free are just a few words I’d use to describe working with Neal and the team at L Design Group. After a wonderful experience working with Neal to build my home, it was a no-brainer to work with him again to decorate several rooms. As a busy working parent, it was important to me to work with someone that could meet deadlines, budget, and understood my style and objectives. L Design group delivered beautiful, finished rooms, beyond expectations, with minimal input from me, leaving me more time to tackle life. Neal and his team were fun and easy to talk to, quick to answer questions/concerns, and offered options and solutions when there were deviations to the original plan. I would highly recommend working with L Design group and look forward to the opportunity to work with them again.

Neal worked with me on remodeling a 1956 ranch. His vision, intellect & collabaration were significant assets to the success of the project. Neal and I have partner up in several different projects, from small paint jobs to full home remodels. Neal at L Design Group was an absolute pleasure to work with from the start of our project to finish! We originally hired him to work with us as we built our home, and were extremely impressed with his picks that fit our desired style so perfectly. He was then extremely flexible with us as our plans changed to purchasing a home and renovating. He is a polished professional, and excellent communicator. He made the entire process enjoyable and fun! We loved going to consultations and making decisions for the design finishes. The renovation process was as smooth as Covid-19 would allow (we started in March of 2020). Neal was on-top of everything and made check-ins throughout the process when necessary. His preferred renovation company did an excellent job and offered fair prices. His renovation choices transformed our outdated home into a modern masterpiece! We enjoyed deciding between the options he presented as possible changes. As the renovation was nearing completion, we started to make the furniture and art choices. Neal matched the perfect pieces to our style, and worked with pieces we already had and wanted to keep using. He came with us to visit an art gallery with a collection we loved to support our choices and their fit to the home design. Everything came together to be something out of a magazine. We were blown away by his results. Every piece had a part to play in the magnificent symphony that was now our home. Our ONLY regret is that we don't have 3 other houses!

I have worked twice with Neal and both experiences have been wonderful. Recently, I worked with him when building my first custom home. He guided me through the entire process with great professionalism and patience. He was able to focus in quickly on my personal taste and offer fabulous ideas and choices that respected my budget. He was always available to answer my many questions and provide reassurance on my design choices. Working with Neal, with L Design Group, was a fantastic experience. We worked with him while we were building our home 4 years ago. When we decided we wanted to decorate the living room, we knew we had to work with him again! He helped us decorate my living room and a small walk through area. He does an amazing job listening to your wants and style, then magically knows how to put it all together! Our living room not only looks stunning, but he also made it incredibly functional for my family. We painted, wallpapered, got all new furniture, lighting and beautiful wall art. He really listens to what you want and helps guide you in making great, cohesive choices. The subcontractors he uses we're also fantastic: painters and person who wallpapered (The Wallpaper Lady). Would totally use him again!

I was extremely hesitant to hire a designer when I built a house in 2010 but it was the absolute best money I spent! So of course I hired him to help me with my current house! I gave him my ideas and pictures and he put it into reality! He is prompt, courteous, and could manage my teenage daughter! And he’s not afraid to let me know when I want to do something that he believes is not going to work in my overall design and he does it in a respectful manner! I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends and of course I will use him again and again!

I wish there were more than 5 stars! Everyone that walks into my home gushes about it. I have never been more proud of my house. Neal with L Design Group is so talented and knowledgeable and professional, yet also so much fun to work with. I have always been intimidated to work with a designer, but Neal puts you at ease immediately and makes the whole process fun. (I am not one who would usually find this process fun). I think his greatest talent is figuring out what you like and just enhancing it somehow. I feel like my home is a reflection of my taste, but completely elevated by Neal’s influence. He helped me with our kitchen, den, master bedroom, and a bathroom. I could not be happier with the results and highly recommend Neal and L Design Group. You will not be disappointed!
