Well, my friend and associate Realtor told me to call Laura and Ericka to do some staging on our 1.5 year old home. I refer all my clients there anyhow, but like most Seller's, I thought my home was the best and so cute, why did I need a stager? Our home is awesome. Well, I did not really want to spend the money but Laura reminded me what we tell our clients, as trusted real estate advisors, TRUST US. I did trust them and what. happened was a transformation! It is absolutely beautiful. We had a video done the next day and I sent it out to a few people 2 days later (before even getting close to putting on the market). Laura and her team are awesome. They bring the wow factor. They designed a beautiful, peaceful and casual space for us as requested that continues to get “wows” and even a couple squeals from our renters when they open the door. They also gave invaluable practical advice on best fabrics and materials and mattresses to use as well as tips on furnishing the kitchen. They were incredibly responsive and easy to work with even though I was many states away. They worked within our budget and gave numerous options. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Our somewhat small project quickly grew (this was our choice) into a full blown remodel and Laura and her team rolled with the punches to handle the entire process! The L. Hamilton & Co. team took a dated, dreary condo and updated it to a modern coastal masterpiece! The entire condo is breathtaking and the quality is top notch! AMAZING!!! Laura and her team are my saving grace and kept me from losing my mind. We purchased a new home in Seagrove area that needed A TON of work. Old furniture, mattresses, junk in closets, you name it hauled off by them. They have a team that handles most everything! We live in Texas, so trying to handle out of state can be very difficult, Laura made it happen like it was a piece of cake. They handled everything! Laura and her team made the process seamless and GORGEOUS! We needed new lighting, fans, paint inside and out, stain for wood, every bit of furniture you can imagine in the home and they handled it all! Laura even kept us in BUDGET!!! WOW! Laura and team did an amazing job updating our home with entirely new furniture and rugs! They absolutely nailed the new look and did so under budget! We bought a 5BR home in Watercolor in December, and needed a decorator to bring it up to date - quickly and in time for rental season. They had to work with what was there, and also add a lot of new furniture, rugs, lighting, accents, etc.. There was a lot to do, not much time, and not much budget left over after the purchase. We also live in Boston, and needed someone who we could trust to do the work while we were away. What a great find Laura was!!! She has a team of 4, a warehouse/annex with furniture and accents ready to go, and a network of contacts in the area for getting things done. Yes, the project came out great, was done quickly, and on our tight budget! You can see their work in the project pictures, but you may also be wondering how it is to work with them. In that respect, these guys are simply awesome! They are such a pleasure to work with - they made it fun, while at the same time being professional, flexible, and talented.
