I truly enjoy creating warm and inviting spaces. I believe each room should have smart design to help with all the functions of everyday life as well as for special occasions. I believe everything has it's place and should be neatly stored away to bring more focus on the really important pieces that you want standing out. I enjoy incorporating new furnishings or collected heirlooms into spaces to meet the expectations of todays trends but still having timeless appeal to evolve over many years. At LPI we are capable of bringing each project from visual conceptual stage through to completion by offering digital floor plans, 2D and 3D Renderings. I am a very detailed person, so I enjoy the process involved to make each residential or commercial space unique, well designed and easy to spend time in and hard to leave.
