Leigh Ann began helping me in late 2023. I wanted to gut my den and start over. I really mean gut it too. It was a warm, cozy, inviting room, but dated. We had a wood burning stove on a high hearth. I wanted to modernize with a stone fireplace, no mantle, no hearth. I also wanted to change furnishings but keep the warmth of the room. She came in and talked with me about pieces that were important to keep and what could go. I thought she understood me from the very beginning, and it turns out she did! She understood every thought I had, sometimes before I verbalized it. She created drawings, obtained photos of furnishings, took me to shops, did all of the leg work, and handed me a booklet filled with everything I could ever want for the room. She very capably put everything from paper into reality. I also had a time frame I wanted to keep; even with all the snow in Nashville in January, and starting the project a week late because of it, Leigh Ann delivered on-time! If you want to re-design any part of your home/office, I highly recommend hiring Leigh Ann Hardie. I so enjoyed working with her that I plan to have her back later this year for another project. Leigh Ann was instrumental in helping me stage my home preparing to put it on the market. Following the sale, she worked closely with me as I transitioned and downsized to a much smaller space. Not only did she have an eye for what would be perfect for my new surroundings, but beautifully integrated pieces that I cherished. Her attention to detail produced a lovely new home for me, tastefully and thoughtfully done…but most of all, welcoming and lovely.

I think the biggest compliment I can give to Leigh Ann is to say we can't wait to work with her again. Not only have we made a new friend, she's extremely professional but at the same time she makes the job fun. She LISTENS to what you're saying about a room and enhances your ideas. She gives you confidence to make some bold choices if they're the right choices! She's open to reusing pieces of furniture or decor you already have --which makes it all more economical. She was organized and detailed--which I especially appreciated. We gave her a pretty tight deadline and she was relentless in scheduling painters, wallpaper hangers etc. to make it all happen in time. I used Leigh Ann's "Designer for a Day" service and not only did she help me reimagine several spaces in my home, she helped me source on-trend and affordable items for those spaces, as well as actually get hands-on to make sure my rooms looked refreshed before she left. She also understood my style very quickly (even though I have trouble explaining it!). She was great!

Leigh Ann is a dream to work with. She is fun and friendly, a great communicator, and stays on top of the many moving parts of a project. She quickly understood our direction and base style but elevated it significantly, transforming our house into something really unique and special. Leigh Ann was a pleasure to work with. My project was unconventional. I relocated to Nashville amid the pandemic. Much of our furniture was damaged in the move. Locating a solid local resource was most important. I was connected to LAH Interiors through Houzz. Leigh Ann was diligent in helping me to locate fabrics, resources for fabrication and resources to refurbish several tables and cabinets. My working relationship began with Leigh Ann several years ago. She has since touched every room in my house. I have worked with Leigh Ann on a wide variety of projects for the past 9 years. We move homes a lot, and she has managed almost every conceivable home project you can imagine: from decorating our house for the holidays, staging our homes for sale, moving us into a new house, furniture placement planning for a new home, ordering new pieces/drapes, etc and even just making sure the house looks perfect before a big event. In every case, Leigh Ann was communicative, responsive and a delightful collaborator--perhaps even more importantly she won over my husband! That always makes the project go more smoothly. I have also worked with Leigh Ann in a variety of methods, depending on my availability: she has worked with me "hand in hand" where we shopped together or we have handled it remotely-- whether that was over the phone, by email / texting even when I was out of town or out of the country. She is very flexible and once she has locked in on your preferred method, she can accommodate that readily. She is enormously efficient in how she works, and once you have seen her in action, you know that the time you are paying her for is well spent. She is always respectful of your budget and what is most important to you. Some decorators make you feel like it is their house and you are just living in it, but Leigh Ann is thinking about your HOME and how it makes YOU feel. I think the highest compliment is that so many friends have seen me in 4 or 5 houses and have loved her work so much that they have hired her. Each of them has been delighted not only with her as a person, but her work as well. I have worked with LAH Interiors two times. Leigh Ann has wonderful taste and a great aesthetic. But perhaps the most helpful aspect of her work for me was that she helped me see the beauty already existing in my mid-century place to highlight and enhance. Leigh Ann was also masterful at identifying the components of my renovations where investing more money would be worth it, as well as the spots where we could find budget-friendly pieces that fit in beautifully. Leigh Ann was always willing to work within my scheduling constraints also. Lastly, her advice about every component, from color palette to selecting craftspeople for renovations, was always very helpful, well-informed, and good quality! I hope to work with LAH Interiors many more times in the future.

Leigh Ann was a tremendous help and fantastic to work with. She was able to outfit my brand new apartment in Chicago perfectly to my taste and comfort levels without even once stepping foot into the apartment -- just off of our layout and pictures of our design tastes. I have loved working with Leigh Ann! She helped me immensely with a tricky living room, helping to configure the space and pick out all of the pieces.
