Laura is delightful to work with. She listens and is very intuitive, when it comes to selecting finishes and colors. And she has terrific taste. Wish I had more work for her!

Laura was the key to moving forward on my recent upgrade. Her ideas we carried out and I love my “new” home. She anticipates and creates with timeliness and professionalism. Add in a great sense of humor, while working during pandemic time.

Laura is extremely professional and kind. She worked well with all the contractors and subs and they all respected her opinion. When a problem arose, during the project, she was able to resolve the issue to our benefit, still maintaining a positive working relationship with the contractors. Laura always made us feel like our opinions were worthy. She was able to offer her unique design approach, without offending, which only added to enhance the project. I feel I can always call upon Laura, no matter how large or small our needs may be.

When we got 423 First Street, Davis, the new location for First Street Real Estate several years ago, it was SCARY! Laura walked us through the remodel with the same quiet grace she does everything. She helped us transform that awful place into the stylish elegance it is now. We are so grateful to Laura for giving our old house the life it so richly deserves.

I absolutely would not consider starting a project without consulting Laura! Laura has wonderful taste, is a true professional, and has an amazing eye for detail. She also is approachable, fun and a good listener. Your project will reflect your taste but will function and look better thanks to Laura's input. I live in a 1940's Tudor but tend to like clean modern lines, our latest project is a bathroom remodel and with Laura's help we had fun creating an updated version of the classic black and white bath. I'm so happy with the results, so happy Laura was involved! I am a Realtor and when a client asks for a recommendation I enthusiastically give them Laura's contact info. She is the best!

It was a pleasure to work with Laura Nathan on my kitchen remodel. She was very patient with me when I was overwhelmed with all the decisions that needed to be made. Her eye for design and understanding what we were trying to accomplish was excellent. She helped me in picking out the color for my cabinets along with the hardware. Laura suggested some added molding to finish the island cabinet which I just loved, and it's something I would have never thought of. I also absolutely love the backsplash she found to accent my granite counters! I enjoy baking and cooking everyday in my kitchen!

In my first meeting with Laura she made sure to find out my likes and dislikes about a colors, materials, and displays. I also sent her some pictures from HOUZZ with the images of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. that I found beautiful and were very close to what I wanted for the new house. In the following meetings we went through a variety of of colors, materials, and textures for the different rooms of the house. We are extremely excited to see in the near future the results once the house is finished and all those colors, stones, lights, flooring, and the rest are going to look. But my spouse and I are convinced that Laura's work is going to make the house ten times more beautiful than if we (who think we have good taste) had chosen all those items without Laura's guidance. We are really thankful to her!!!
