My husband and I had a "flip" house on the market for almost 6 months with no movement. We'd dropped the price and were anxious to get it sold. Our realtor contacted and hired Karen. She came in and in less than 3 days had the house staged in time for the 4th of July weekend. Karen used much of her own inventory and incorporated some things that we had to make the place shine.
