We worked with Anne to design and decorate a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Gramercy. This was an entire apartment plan and from start to finish Anne made the process seamless! It was fun, totally professional and completely exciting! Anne used virtual presentations to set the stage for each decision along the way ensuring that we could envision the entire scope of the project. She was professional and patient with our many questions. We are delighted with the results and will most definitely use her services in the future. To put it bluntly, Anne is the most professional, competent, and talented service provider I have ever worked with. As a commercial real estate professional, I was cynical at the idea of engaging a designer. Anne has overcome my cynicism and has become a trusted advisor. Frankly, she delivered beyond any expectation I could have hoped for. Not only does she have a creative and keen eye for design, but she also managed our entire project in a way that should be a masterclass for any service provider. With any issue, such as a late delivery by a furniture vendor or damage, Anne informed us as it was happening, handled every return and exchange. When there was an issue that needed an alternative, she had options ready to go. Anne expertly negotiated with vendors and furniture providers, and every professional she recommended was terrific. I was most impressed with the fact that we were never presented a problem without a solution explored and ready to go. Further, our project was handled with incredible attention to detail. Anne maintained budgets and delivery schedules impeccably. We always had options at our budget. While we occasionally chose to go with a more expensive option, we always knew the impact of any decision on our overall budget. Working with Anne was a pleasure and saved us an incredible amount of time and heartache. We could not be happier with her work, and again, I believe that she is, by far, the most professional service provider I have ever had the privilege to work with.
