I selected LGS Design the minute I met Lisa Schwing, the designer. She came to my home and listened to everything I wanted and the budget I was trying to fit this project into. She was completely honest with me and suggested I re-prioritize my wish list. I did not want new flooring as my whole house is the same flooring. I knew this was going to be a huge bother not to mention the expense. Nor did I want to purchase new cabinetry, I wanted to paint the existing cabinets. I am so very glad I trusted Lisa's knowledge and expertise because these are the two areas that we get the most compliments on. The porcelain tile that looks like distressed hard wood is a show stopper and our custom made island and cabinets are stunning. Lisa put together a design plan that was breathtaking meanwhile keeping us in budget. We were so happy with the stone and tile selection Lisa suggested and LGS Design made it so easy on us (we didn't even have to make the long trip to the stone yard). With Lisa's bubbly and kind nature, she guided me in picking the perfect lighting, cabinetry pulls, sinks and every other design item needed.. Lisa Schwing helped us not only invasion our dream remodel but made it a reality. She worked well with my already existing contractor and came to my rescue many times when I felt in over my head. I would suggest to anyone considering a remodeling project, get a designer and let them take the lead! It is money well spent. LGS Designs, I could not have done this without you.
