LHK Interiors was established in 2004, based out of Modesto, California. Our clients span from Fresno, to Sacramento. We specialize in custom residential design; but have worked on a full spectrum of commercial such as restaurants, office buildings, and hospitality. The team at LHK Interiors will work with each client to select the perfect furniture, colors, and architectural details to match each lifestyle. I have come to learn that people not only admire Lyndsey’s work and talent, but her integrity and pleasant demeanor. She is a wonderful person and designer. My projects ranged from remodeling a guest bathroom and updating the kitchen to design consultation and shopping for other areas of the house. She has touched 8 of our 11 rooms in some manner and I love it! Lindsey understands my style better than I do and her ideas and solutions have brought rave reviews from friends and family. I highly recommend her.

Lindsay was recommended to me by some friends. I felt like I connected with her immediately on the phone, and again in person. Lindsay listens to you and makes suggestions based on what you like. She's not afraid to suggest something a little out of your comfort range, so there's always room for change and growth. But she doesn't push you where you don't want to go. We are living in our home during a whole house renovation, so phase 1 (one end of the house) is finished and work has begun on phase 2. I am thankful for her attention, ideas and support during this long process.

Lindsay and her team at LHK Interiors did an amazing job designing our remodel. My husband and I did not have very many ideas going into the remodel but Lindsay did a great job fleshing out our needs and turning them into a detailed concept. Lindsay was also a great liaison between us and the general contractor with a unique ability to communicate between both parties. In addition, Lindsay has great knowledge of the market, knowing where to get great quality products at the best prices — she was great at working within our budget. We never felt pressure to buy anything or go in any particular direction. Lastly, Lindsay and her team are easy going, very patient, and honest! We really appreciated that she was not afraid to let us know if something would not look right and provide us with alternate ideas. We highly recommend LHK Interiors for any remodel! We are definitely going to use them again when we remodel the rest of our home.

We began our design relationship with Lindsay Kjellberg of LHK Interiors in 2017, with what started as a complete kitchen re-do. During her initial visit to our home, we discussed what we liked, what we wanted to change and different design styles. From there, Lindsay made what we considered the hard job of making design choices easy by narrowing them down to fit our vision for the new kitchen. It was such a pleasure working with Lindsay that we asked her to help us with new window coverings, furniture, and decor for our living room, family room and a guest bedroom. The results have exceeded our expectations by a lot and we couldn't be happier! We started our latest project, a hall/guest bathroom, with Lindsay at the beginning of this year. Lindsay is easy to work with and full of creative ideas. As soon as I talked about my space and what I would like to do she instantly had products in mind and started space planning. She walked me through the process and always answered my phone calls. Lindsay is always the professional and will go the extra mile to make sure you love the finish product! I could not be happier with our new coffee bar!

Can’t say enough good things about Lindsay. I went round and round on a tile pattern. I called Lindsay she came up with a pattern that looks great. Very knowledgeable on new products. Picked a bamboo floor, it feels great to stand on in the kitchen. Very happy with the colors inside and out. Highly recommend!

We hired Lindsay to help us with the layout of our master bathroom and also help design the kitchen and pick several of the finishes in our new home (carpet color, paint, fireplace stone, tile floors, cabinets). This home was one of the most stressful projects we've ever taken on, and Lindsay was so easy to work with. She designed the kitchen cabinet by cabinet and we absolutely love the end result. We wouldn't change a thing! She's also very respectful of the budget your working with and has many great connections to help keep costs within a budget. She was always great about getting back to me quickly and I ran many ideas past her before deciding on so many finishes. We highly recommend her for a small remodel or building a custom home. We truly love our new home!

We recommend Lindsay Kjellberg of LHK interiors without reservation. We live in a small post war bungalow (1100 square feet) so space is at a premium. Our own notions as to how to maximize our kitchen were mostly hopeless fantasies. Then Lindsay took to the drawing board and came up with a plan that removed the wall between our kitchen and dining room and enlarged the arch into our living room. We now have a wonderful open space that includes an unobstructed view of our fireplace from throughout the kitchen. She put us in touch with an excellent contractor (All About Kitchens in Modesto) who turned her ideas into reality. She walked us through the entire process, including the selection of materials and finishes. In the end the final cost was substantially below the estimate. What more can be said?

LHK Interiors did a wonderful job. They worked seamlessly to both integrate our ideas and conveying those ideas to the contractors to produce results. Lindsay helped us turn our small galley style kitchen into a completely updated, modern, open concept, huge kitchen. We were struggling with coming up with the best use of the space and Lindsay completely exceeded our expectations. She was happy to come to the house to check on the progress as often as needed and always provided us with several suggested options when we couldn't come up with a choice on our own. She let us put our own personal touches on the materials selections while also guiding us toward choices that would stand the test of time and not become outdated quickly. Our general contractor immediately enjoyed working with Lindsay and said that from now on, he's going to refer his clients to Lindsay for design help. You can tell that Lindsay loves what she does for a living!
