I have known Linda professionally for 12 years. She had been referred to me to help decorate a small rental house that I was moving into which she turned into a charming, cozy home. I loved it so much that more recently, when I moved to a large rental house, I contacted Linda again to help me create the sophisticated, peaceful, contemporary home that I wanted but had no idea how to achieve. I wanted to use some of my old furniture combined with new and she was able to put all this together to create a stunning, eclectic effect. She has a wonderful sense of color. Her eye for knowing how to arrange art on the wall or furniture/objects in the home is superlative. It is exciting to see how everything evolves, transforms and comes together. Linda has always made herself available to help me for jobs large or small. I'm not a shopper but she makes it fun. She is creative and has great ideas with knowledge and access to a variety of designer showrooms and retail stores to accommodate budgets. I would highly recommend Linda for any interior decorating service needed.

We have a primary residence in North Carolina, as well as a second home in West Los Angeles. When we made the decision to update our Los Angeles home, we hired an architect and a contractor, but we still needed an interior designer. Nina, the owner of Nina’s Kitchen and Bath, highly recommended Linda Rosen Interiors. We met with Linda and had an instant rapport with her. Our team was complete. This was a two year project during Covid. We often had to make decisions from North Carolina, trusting our team from afar. They worked together seamlessly and the results are spectacular! Our LA home is small, but the project was huge. We gutted the house and re-designed every room which included the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, dining room, and family room. Linda was instrumental in helping us select materials - plumbing fixtures, slabs, tiles, custom cabinets, hardware, fabrics, and paint colors. Tiles were custom made in New Mexico and Morocco in keeping with our retro vibe. Linda has access to numerous showrooms where we found unique fabrics, furniture and lighting fixtures. Her upholstery shop custom made several sofas and chairs for us, as well as window treatments, bedding, and pillows. Finally, the art was installed, accessories and area rugs put in place. Home at last! Linda was very professional and paid great attention to detail. She listened carefully when we conveyed to her what we wanted, and she helped get us through a long, daunting project. I hired Linda Rosen to furnish my living room, family room, and guest bedroom nine years ago and was so pleased with the results that I recently called her again to do more work in my home. This time Linda completely remodeled my primary bathroom, designed custom bedding for the primary bedroom, selected new carpet, framed and hung numerous pieces of my art, and painted the interior and exterior of the house. Linda was very attentive to details and has contractors who are top-notch. All the work was completed in the timeframe I was given. I am very pleased with the results.

In 1991, I hired Linda Rosen to reupholster a chair. The fabric choice was beautiful and still looks great. I have an antique chair that has been needing reupholstering and thought I'd take a chance to see if Linda was still around. To my delight she was!! She listened carefully as I explained what I wanted in terms of patterns and colors and came back with lots of great fabric samples from which to choose. One fabric really hit the mark! Her upholsterer did a fabulous job on the chair and coordinating throw pillows, and the results are simply stunning!

Linda is an absolute pleasure to work with. And she has great taste too! We needed an updated, transitional design that successfully retained the older character of the house. I had a vision for my family room and knew I needed a designer to make it real. Linda was referred to me by a friend. She listened carefully when I described what I wanted my room to look like. Very soon, she had plans and fabric swatches to show me. It was clear she understood what I envisioned. She gave me her ideas and never discounted mine. Linda was and is a great decorator. I've used her to redecorate my living room, dining room and bedroom. She found the perfect fabric for my dining room chairs, the perfect fabric for my living room and all the chairs and pillows she did for that room. She was so great at working with my bedroom. She picked out the stunning colors for my bedroom walls, the great bedspread for my bed, and the perfect chair/bench for my bedroom. I was able to get rid of some extra things I had hanging around in my bedroom, and she even convinced me to change out my old wooden ceiling fan for a new white one. I was hesitant to do it, but I love it and it really looks great. She helped me arrange my paintings in my hall, and even helped me pick out some new paintings for my bathroom. She also helped me with my bathroom...painting the cabinets white was a great suggestion!! I can't say enough about Linda. She is a great decorator, friend and a perfect consultant. My husband and I purchased a Spanish style house in Santa Monica, and it was in need of new master bathroom and bedroom. We were overwhelmed with the process, and Nina from Nina's Hardware recommended me to get help from Linda. Oh, we were so glad we hired her! We planned to get remodeling done during our 7-weeks vacation oversees (call us crazy!). When we hired Linda, we only had three weeks till the vacation to design and shop materials. She navigated us through this daunting process in a timely manner; took me to stores, coordinated the project with our general contractor, and assembled a team of some amazing sub-contractors. By the time we left our home for a trip, we knew we could trust her 100% and we would come back to a new, beautiful bathroom and bedroom. During our trip, she kept us updated with texts and pictures. Review: Linda Rosen Interiors October 31, 2018 Linda is terrific. I wanted to paint my living and dining rooms after having HVAC work done last year. I consulted with Linda this spring and we have worked together over the past few months on painting, reupholstering a sofa, adding a chair, and purchasing an area rug for the living room. We changed lighting by installing recessed LED lights in the living room and a new light fixture over the dining room table. One thing led to another and we embarked on the project of remodeling a powder room and both the guest and master bathrooms. Linda was the facilitator with the contractor, cabinet-maker, tile-setter, and electrician. Working together we selected new tiles, bathroom vanities, light fixtures, towel bars, doorknobs and hinges, and everything needed to update and modernize the baths. Linda works with excellent craftsmen and I appreciate all that she and they have done to give my townhouse an amazing new look. It took time but the results are very satisfying.

I have worked with Linda since Fall 2013 and she helped us enlist the services of an excellent architect. The architect redesigned our home including adding an elevator. It went very well as I knew it would due to my prior work with Linda six years ago. The thing I like most about Linda is her ability to really help fine tune the selection of colors and fabrics and make it all work together-- her taste is amazing. No long drawn out process like it would be if i selected these things myself! Linda helped me avoid the angst by holding my hand thru it. She has awesome color selection abilities and I trust her implicitly. My wall paint and my cabinets and the Cesar-stone and back splash all look amazing! My wife and I, both busy professionals, had postponed a needed master bed and bath re-do for more than 5 years. We finally realized we needed help -- we could never carve out the time to manage the project ourselves, and we had no training or contacts about how to do it. Thankfully, we found Linda Rosen and Linda made it happen! Linda was exactly what we needed. She listened to our wants and needs, and deftly guided our planning and design process, offering various possibilities, and focusing the design based on our responses. There was plenty of room to consider some of our more "off the wall" ideas, which she always helped us to critically think through from a design perspective -- something we really appreciated. Linda kept the project moving through all phases. She wouldn't let us get bogged down by our competing work demands. And it was about as painless as possible. Linda has a superb network of product suppliers and trades people. With her help, we selected all fixtures and surfaces we would use throughout the bath one morning in about 3 hours. We were amazed that we could accomplish so much in so little time, but with her suppliers waiting to help us, Linda's familiarity with the products and making suggestions, and her talent for helping my wife and I quickly resolve differences in opinions on decisions, we did it. The project build happened like clockwork. The various trades people she uses are absolutely excellent. Tile, stone, flooring, cabinets, closets, rugs, window coverings, glass shower enclosures, painting, custom furniture, all are first rate -- precise, neat, timely, and conscientious. We were very pleased with the whole process of the project as well as the end product -- it's simply gorgeous! We're now planning a "phase 2" project with Linda to help us update our family and living spaces! One other special note is warranted. Linda has one of the best, most acute eyes for color selection of anyone I've ever run into. She sees/evaluates color combinations almost instantly, and she is correct. It's amazing! She'll find you the perfect color of paint that will work with whatever elements you have in the room.

I hired Linda to decorate three guest bedrooms in my home. I had previously purchased a pair of beautiful throw pillows for one guest bedroom which Linda used to inspire the color scheme and style of that room. Another bedroom had existing bedding that set the tone for that room. Linda based the color scheme in the third bedroom on the tile color in the adjacent bathroom. I love anything Asian and ethnic, so Linda took me to Terra Nova, a furniture import store in West Los Angeles, where we found multiple pieces of furniture that worked for each room, lending unique character to all three. In two rooms she used super comfortable sleeper sofas from Crate@Barrel, in another she purchased a new bed and designed a custom headboard made with a buttery soft faux leather. Linda helped me purchase new carpet for each room, as well as new window treatments. Linda had a custom bookcase made for one bedroom and used an existing desk in that room, as well, so it serves a dual function - guest room/office. Linda had the paint custom mixed for each room. One room has a bold and beautiful accent wall picking up the color of the pillows that I had purchased, and the colors in the other two rooms play off new custom throw pillows Linda had made. I and my late husband spent many years traveling and collecting exquisite art and accessories which Linda rearranged and that now work beautifully in each room and are very meaningful to me. Each guest room is warm and charming, flowing seamlessly with the rest of the home’s decor. I am thrilled with the results. Linda and I have a terrific relationship which has made the job fun and successful! Linda was hands on throughout the course of the project. She comes in with a lot of exciting ideas, and has the best tradespeople and good relations with them. She was always on top of all the workers, which made my life easy. She gives great attention to detail, and goes above and beyond to achieve the best result, efficiently and competently. She wants to please, and is very pleasant to interact with. When something was important to me, but perhaps not what she would advise, Linda respected my wishes. She does extra little things, and even helped me repair a bracelet. Linda is warm and friendly, very intelligent, and easy to be with. She is a consummate professional, and I would give her my highest recommendation.

I didn't want to completely gut my kitchen but felt it definitely needed to be updated. Linda Rosen's willingness to work around the parts of my kitchen that were timeless enabled me to have that clean fresh look for a fraction of the cost of a complete re-model. She updated the lighting with LED lights, added glass tile back splash and contemporary hardware to the gorgeously refinished cabinets, complete with new drawers and doors. This cosmetic re-do transformed my kitchen from an eighties look to a lovely up-to-date newness and I love love love it!

My husband I found Linda Rosen on Houzz and liked her portfolio, which included both modern and more traditional examples (our preferred style is modern and minimalist). We did a one-hour consultation with her in our home as we were thinking about embarking on a renovation of our condominium (two bathrooms needing to be brought out of the late 80's and into the present!). We had never renovated a bathroom before, and I felt most comfortable choosing fixtures and finishes in the company of someone who does it all the time. Linda accompanied us to several sources in our area (tile stores and bathroom supply stores) and helped us choose materials and products that worked in harmony with one another as well as the rest of our condominium. She was respectful of our budget and encouraged us to splash out a bit on the pieces that would make the most impact, while leading us to good-looking, lower priced choices when possible. Because my husband is very handy and has relatives who work in construction, we arranged for much of the work ourselves, acting as our own contractors, all the while consulting with Linda on an hourly basis to make sure we were on the right track. We used some of Linda's regular suppliers and workmen (notably, her fabulous slab guy). Using Linda as a consultant and hand-holder-in-chief turned out to be a very economical way of getting a super high-end looking result. We've just finished the guest bath and are about to embark on the master bath, working again with Linda in the same way. I recommend Linda Rosen's services even if you don't think you are the type of person who would use an interior designer. It's not out of reach if you allocate your resources wisely, and the end result will be so much sharper and coherent!

I first hired Linda Rosen (Linda Rosen Interiors) over 20 years ago when I lived in the Cheviot Hills neighborhood of west Los Angeles . Linda found the perfect upholstery and pillow fabrics for my sofas, chairs, and love seats. She also designed and purchased furniture and custom cabinets for my home. Linda Rosen has been my designer for 30 years. Over the course of time, Linda has changed the look of our home from Country French to Transitional to Contemporary. Each iteration served its purpose and made our house a functional, comfortable and inviting place for our family and friends. Our latest experience with Linda really showcased her abilities to serve as a second pair of eyes over our general contractor, as well as her role as our designer. We plunged into a major remodel, the centerpiece being an open concept, linking our outdated galley kitchen to our family room, dining room and living room. We also expanded our master bedroom and bath, resurfaced other bathrooms and freshened up the entire house with new door hardware, floor coverings and paint. Linda was the voice of reason with our general contractor. Her insights with design and function saved us from making unwise decisions vis a vis our contractor. Linda’s impeccable taste shone through in every aspect of finishes, ranging from plumbing fixtures, cabinet design, tile, flooring and paint. The sheer number of selections to be made and purchasing of goods was overwhelming mentally and financially. Linda could always be counted on to find creative ways to stretch our dollars without sacrificing on style by combining unique quality items with mass merchandise items. Linda has a bevy of reliable and skillful trades people who she can call on for any construction or service imaginable. From a custom-made sectional sofa in our family room, down to the placement of artwork and accessories, Linda can be counted on for her savvy choices. If I had to do it all over again, Linda would be my first call. Every morning when I walk into our newly designed open concept living space, I can’t help but smile and thank my husband first, for putting up with the disruption and financial burden the remodel caused, but I also thank Linda for making our house a beautiful home.

My two sons were relocating from Houston to Los Angeles to attend college. My wife and I recently purchased our first home. Being an older house, major upgrades were necessary, especially to the single bathroom. Work started the day after escrow closed. Not only did the bathroom need gutting, it needed a complete redesign. The shower, tub, toilet and vanity were relocated, and a one sink vanity was redesigned for two sinks. As part of the remodel, we replaced the tile floor, the overhead lighting, and all new plumbing hardware. What was once an unattractive and outdated room, is now a contemporary, beautiful bathroom. Given Linda's eye for detail and her ability to work well with the many subcontractors on the job, it was all done in less than six weeks. In addition to the bathroom, Linda helped us select interior and exterior paint colors, as well as advising us with furniture placement. I initially employed Linda Rosen Interiors to provide oversight for the remodel of one full bath and bedroom in my home. I have since expanded the project to include complete demo and remodel of a second bathroom, minor remodel of 3rd bathroom, and refurbishing 3 additional rooms. Linda Rosen Interiors is a professional designer, works with excellent tradesmen and stands by her product. She discusses fees up front, which include her hourly rate and payment for all materials and their installation. She functions either as sole contractor or will work with other contractors; however, in the case of the latter, she is thankfully the liaison between outside contractor and client. Her services are not inexpensive; in exchange, she meets all of the trades that come to the house, maintains frequent contact with the client, and purchases/installs all accessories. We had occasional wrinkles in the project--the most significant being marginal installation of a bathroom vanity. She brought in new craftsmen to remedy the problem AND gave us partial reimbursement for the inconvenience. The adage, "You get what you pay for" is true. In the case of Linda Rosen Interiors, you pay for great design, highest quality, integrity, and commitment to the client. It is well worth it.

Linda Rosen is extremely experienced, meticulous, personable, and has a great team of workers in every trade imaginable. Her longstanding relationships mean that her projects receive special attention and skill. She has great vision, but is also willing to work with existing items and heirlooms. But what I feared I would dread turned into a surprisingly delightful experience. I found Linda Rosen on Houzz and was impressed by her use of color, which is very important to me, and her willingness not to impose her design ideas on her clients, but to provide guidance based on their taste. I remodeled my kitchen and made other changes to my tiny 1 BR condo. I have very strong likes and dislikes, chose my own contractor and made many decisions on my own, but I needed help selecting tile, fixtures, furniture, carpet, paint and, at the end of the project, placing and hanging my artwork. Linda was the perfect person to work with. She has a great eye, is extremely knowledgeable and always made herself available to me. I'd worked briefly with another designer who charged less, but didn't "get" me. Linda and I connected right away and while we didn't agree on everything, i always felt that she was working with me rather than against me. She kept me on track, had great suggestions that I incorporated and though she works quickly, I never felt pressured or rushed. Linda is a true professional and is worth her weight in gold.

I have worked with Linda for over 12 years, through many many many projects. Her taste is impeccable. She has an amazing ability to transform a space into a very cozy, welcoming and stylish room. She is mindful of budgets but never compromises aesthetics. Many designers I work with have "their style" so everything they do looks the same. Linda Rosen helped us with furnishing and remodeling multiple areas in our home. We loved how she helped us stay true to our home's 1930s vintage roots, while modernizing it so that it serves our needs. It's a small home, and she had very creative ideas for making it livable -- for instance, building a wraparound storage banquette and corner cabinets in our breakfast nook to really maximize the space and funcationality in a cozy and chic way. We get compliments on it all the time, and it's probably my favorite place in the house. She was very sensitive to our budget as well. In addition to her design talent, Linda is probably among the most dependable, follow-through-minded people I have ever met, with a tireless energy and enthusiasm that is truly contagious.
