I've worked with Linda on several projects and I will keep coming back! I often refer her to my clients as well. She's a pro in her field, of residential design, and a very talented ASID designer.

When it came time to sell my Rochester Hills, MI, condominium, I asked Linda to help me stage it, using my furnishings. She worked magic in just a few short hours, showing me what to put where and why, giving me high-end design knowledge and spot-on insight from my buyers' viewpoint. As a result, I sold my condo on the second day on the market at full asking price. Her rate was extremely reasonable (especially considering all she did and the time she spent with me both in person and text messaging for the following week) and she was completely professional, competent, patient and friendly. Most of all, she produced exceptional results.

Our experience with Linda Shears was absolutely fantastic. We already had a wonderful home, many updates, and the home was in a highly desirable area. But we wanted to sell fast in a market where higher end homes took a bit longer than a traditional sale. When we brought this concern to our real estate agent and without hesitation, she recommended an interior designer she had worked with on other homes; Linda. Linda has a worldly background and can really bring out the strengths of a home without spending thousands of dollars to get it done. She was able to use her knowledge of art, furniture, lighting, colors, and comprehension of potential buyers for our type of home. Over the course of a couple days she brought in her team to arrange new pieces, redecorate, and rearrange our existing home furnishings to prepare for the listing. When the day came that our home hit the MLS, we were blown away by the number of appointments. At one point we began to wonder if we were getting too many showings! We had to come home for the night at some point! But all joking aside, all offers submitted were tens of thousands over asking and included some very handsome cash offers. We know Linda was a huge part of our success! Looking back, both my wife and I would have liked to have lived in the wonderfully decorated home that she created. Linda knew us better than we knew ourselves, and her furnishing choices were excellent. Her energy, market knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are beyond compare. Linda's greatest attribute is that she listens. I have tried other professionals, but many of them can't wait to tell me what they think I should want. Linda actually listens to my wants, has learned about my family's lifestyle, our tastes, and only then, makes suggestions. She'll work any way that is comfortable for me. When I want to shop, we shop. When I don't want to take the time, she shops and brings me options. She's always right on the money. She's never missed!

Linda Shears is a fabulous and talented interior designer as well as a wonderfully sweet and vivacious person. I fell in love with Linda and her work upon seeing other houses and work she had done. I knew from the start that we would get along great and that my house would look beyond fabulous. Linda has a perfect keen eye, unending knowledge and works beautifully with clients and contractors. She is not the kind of designer who says things will be her way. Rather she is totally inclusive with the clients and really listens to their input and shows the utmost respect for what the client wants. Linda follows things through to the end, is extremely timely, never leaves anything unfinished and makes sure the job is done to the precise specifications. In the end everything is perfect.
