Lisa helped my husband and I design our first home. We had no idea where to start or even what styles we liked. She showed so much patience for us and really listened to us to help us figure out what style and look we wanted to achieve. The process of working with her was great. She was so easy and accommodating- even as we changed our minds or worked through our decisions again and again. She always listened to what we were thinking and feeling, and came back with a vision that met ours. She was interested in helping us achieve the look we wanted, but also brought her expertise and incredible sense of style to the conversation. I was never afraid that she was going to let us make a terrible mistake. In addition, she took on so much of the work-- I never could have managed pulling everything together on my own. From coordinating contractors to project management, she made everything so easy for us. In the end, the product is beyond what I could have imagined. The home we purchased was very traditional- inside and out. The inside seemed to fit well with the outside, but it wasn't our style. She helped us to update the home in a way that honored the existing structure and style of the house, but made it very transitional modern so that it reflects our style. Everything is beautiful, interesting, child friendly (we have a toddler) and comfortable. I still walk into our home and think, "how beautiful!." I never could have imagined achieving this look on our own, or having the process be as manageable and fun as it was. I wholeheartedly recommend Lisa to anyone who asks.

I have worked with Lisa on two projects in my home, and each time it has been a pleasure. First, she designed my kitchen renovation. I went into this gut-renovation having strong opinions about what I wanted. Lisa was able to take my vision and give me my dream kitchen while remaining within my budget. She was very open to my opinions, and really listened to my feedback. The second project was redecorating my family room. We did some renovations to my fireplace as well. This project was very different, in that I really had no idea what I wanted to do, other than a neutral backdrop with splashes of color. She took my (very) few thoughts, such as "beige", "orange" and "bright pink", and turned them into something sophisticated, textural, and comfortable for my family. The room is everything I wanted, without knowing what I wanted. Throughout it all, Lisa was professional and fun to work with. She gave me options that really helped me think about how I wanted the room to come together. I look forward to working with her again on our next project.

I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa while we were building our house. She helped us with every aspect of the building process from reviewing the plans to helping us with every single finish that we had to pick for our house. After the building process she then furnished our whole house. Working with Lisa was a unique experience because she has such a creative vision for how stuff should look. Her attention to detail proved time and time again how professional and spot on her work was for us. Anyone looking for a qualified and experienced designer for their next project should call Lisa. Lisa was an absolute pleasure to work with! She has a knack for understanding what her clients want, and also has the innate ability to help take that vision to the next level. When my husband and I moved into our apartment in San Francisco, we had absolutely no idea what to do with our living room space. Not only did she plan a thoughtful layout that fit with our lifestyle, but she helped us find charming, and unique pieces that will stand the test of time. Her knowledge of contemporary and mid-century design and furniture is impressive, and she has a wonderful eye for color, pattern, and textiles. She is very hands-on with her clients, and made the design process fun, exciting and accessible for my husband and I. And given that we were starting from scratch with an apartment rental, she was incredibly creative with our relatively small budget. She is an absolute professional, and will do whatever it takes to ensure that her client is happy. We can't tell you how many compliments we've received on our living room from friends and family who've visited our home. We couldn't be happier with the final product! We will definitely be using her services again in the future.
