In response to the email comment - Designers have ALOT of things to keep track of (more than most people realize). I employ email folders and sub folders to properly keep track of each of my projects, as most of them are very large scale and complex. Scrolling thru texts is impossible to manage. I must have a proper document to refer back to, which is why I can not text with clients.
As for billing, my understanding and my experience with Quikbooks is that Quikbooks is compatible with most every bank. Not sure why we were having issues, but agree it was frustrating - for both of us. I am truly sorry for that.
