Brown, brown, accented with brown/grey. Even sadder was that a “designer” had created that dark brown mess I lived in. I needed a fresh change but wasn’t going to make an uneducated mistake twice. I researched designers and found examples of Lisa’s work and said “this is what I’m looking for!”. Lisa worked with me to assess my design style and made sure we were on the same page conceptually before we began. Then her talented team of expert contractors swooped in and transformed the space. They were quick, clean, professional, courteous and best of all totally on budget and to code. I LOVE my new living room and can’t wait to get started on the dining and bathrooms! My faith in designers and contractors is totally restored. It’s scary, trust me, I hear you, it’s your hard earned money and your home; but put your trust in Sandham design and you will not be disappointed.

We hired Lisa in 2004 to design our home. She was talented, knowledgable, and passionate about design, and genuinely cared that we were getting a home we would love. She completed the project meeting all our needs and expectations. We have since worked with Lisa, most recently to provide updates to our home. Her mission was to transform our transitional home into a space where the end result was a modern, polished and comfortable place to live. Lisa completed the project, once again exceeding our expectations. We have received many compliments from visitors who enter our home for the first time, thanks to Lisa!

I have an old character home with separate dining room and kitchen which makes each room small. Lisa came over and reinvented my space, I'm a Realtor so I see a lot of homes. I I told her that I wanted something traditional but with an extra kick that I would not see in any other home. Lisa surely didn't disappoint, she came back with not only a well functioning layout but added her creativity flare and from the day she created it, I couldn't' wait to see it! I went with an all white shaker cabinet, bianca white quartz and wired brush oak hardwood floors and then subway tiled 2 walls in glossy warm white tile. The tiled wall is a show stopper, everyone that sees it, loves it!!! I also kept the cove moulding at the ceiling and large trim around the windows and baseboards to keep the character consistent throughout the house. It's absolutely beautiful! I truly feel my kitchen has a designer touch to it and it's a big thanks to Lisa Sandham!

Lisa is a true professional with all the knowledge to make your dream home come true. Her creative skills exceeded my expectations and made an average home into a showcase!!
