Linn is professional, patient, creative and artistic. She takes the time to get to know your style and makes the entire remodeling project stress free and easy. She keeps everything organized for you from your selections, delivery dates, contractor schedules and more so you don't have to worry about what you are missing. Having Linn by my side during this process was the best decision. I will be calling her again for upcoming projects. I wouldn't think of doing one without her.

Working with Linn was an absolute pleasure and her partnership on our renovation really took our project to the next level. She was the consummate professional and listened thoughtfully to what we wanted our "vision" to be for our home. When we moved into our new home, we felt overwhelmed with the number of furniture and design decisions we had to make. We knew what we wanted to change, but didn't know where to start. Linn had great ideas for our challenging (small) spaces, and identified a few lighting and furniture sources from which we could choose our favorites, so that we felt more confident in our selections. She has a simple, clean, and family-friendly, functional design aesthetic that matched well with what I wanted. Linn is patient, communicative, and organized, and we were very happy with the work she did.

We worked with Linn throughout a major home renovation. She was with us each step of the way, from helping us to design both beautiful and functional spaces to choosing and coordinating bathroom fixtures, lighting, tile, paint colors and furniture. Linn has a beautiful eye for design and while she has her particular style, she was also able to incorporate our likes/dislikes and work within our budget. She is flexible, personable and extremely easy to work with. She also has wonderful working relationships with a number of businesses, where we bought furniture, bathroom fixtures, rugs and custom window treatments. Her impulses are right on, and we learned to trust her insights early on, even if we initially were unsure or had a different idea in mind. She was always right!

LME Designs has worked on a number of small redecorating projects for us - bedroom, dining room and window treatments for a few different rooms. Small jobs, but she was excellent! Great ideas and she worked hard to stay within my budget! She presented enough ideas, but not too many to overwhelm me - and she really knew what I needed (which was a lot of guidance). I think she really knows how to work well with her clients! Super nice and very professional! The people she has to work with her have all been talented as well!! Overall, we had a great experience with LME Designs and we will definitely use her again in the future!

We enlisted to Linn to help us with a first floor renovation that included kitchen, dining and living room areas in addition to a finished basement. We needed to make decisions and selections for everything including paint color, furnishings rugs, counter tops, lighting and window treatments. Linn did a great job of narrowing down the breadth of options for all items to more manageable choices that fit our style and budget. She was a great resource and helped us to move forward rather than get bogged down and overwhelmed with the quantity of decisions we needed to make. We love the end result!

We purchased a beach house last year and asked Linn to help us design it. This was a brand new house that had builder grade light fixtures and very neutral paint colors. Linn helped us decorate the full house including drawing out designs and managing the process to finish the basement. For each decision we needed to make Linn had already done all of the work of the best solutions and narrowed it down for me to choose between 2 or 3 options. This saved us a ton of time as well as simplifing the decision making process. The house turned out beautiful and we are so proud to show it off. She listened to our vision of wanting something beautiful but completely comfortable and livable for a family with children. Linn is a true asset to work with.

Linn worked with me through the entire process, she helped me review floor plans, decide on furniture, design the kitchen, pick paint colors and beautiful wallpaper. Linn prepared the lighting schedule and window treatments for the entire house and I could not be happier with the result. She is professional, timely, and easy to get along with. Linn Epstein has done an amazing job working on several projects in our home over the last few years. She designed and oversaw a remodel project in our basement and a space in our attic that we turned into a guest suite. Linn is extremely organized and timely in completing her projects. Shades IN Place

Linn Epstein from LME Designs and my company have partnered in several projects over the years. I am always happy when Linn calls me to assist in a new project because she knows her business. Window treatments can be very overwhelming if it’s not planned accordly. Linn understands that and make sure no details are left out. She also has a great eye to combine different materials and colors to harmonize any room. I take a lot of pride in my work and I feel very honored to collaborate with Linn and her company on every project because the final results are always BEAUTIFUL!

Commented: Beautiful powder room.Thanks for your question. The tile is actually a porcelain tile made to look like a blue stone. It's much less expensive and easier to install. Lots of great porcelain tile options these days.
