It is my honor to provide an exceptional review for Lori Fry. She is amazing! I speak based on the history we have had working together through four different house projects. Some of her many skills include: a great eye for color, excellent knowledge about the availability and appropriateness of different types of products, and the ability to make solid suggestions for furniture needs (especially the size that would fit the room). Her notebook includes documentation of our decisions for future reference. She is a master at measuring and efficiently using power tools while climbing ladders safely and leaving our home with a "clean" space -- all being necessary when she helped place orders and installed 18 horizontal blinds in four of our rooms. On a "personal level", she has a rare combination of great communication skills, effective time management, willingness to work with our schedules, is ethical and fair in her billing, and is an adept conversationalist with a pleasing sense of humor -- all while taking a sincere and personal interest in her clients. She always made me feel that she knows my personality and taste shown throughout our house and its furnishings. While being cognizant of our budget, it is matched with the quality I like. She is patient with my indeciseveness and gives me grace for my inexperience. Her availability throughout the project includes "moral support" and stopping by for a few minutes here and there to help with my questions. Without any hesitance, i highly recommend Lori's services. Lori is great, there was a slight problem with one blind and manufacturer replaced it. She replaced it promptly.

Lori is a wonderful professional who helps you create the living space you desire. She has wonderful ideas but is always working within the context for creating a space the client is comfortable with. She comes up with ideas I would have never thought of and are very pleased with. We recently had Lori help with putting a large vertical blind on out patio door, add a blind to a double window, add window treatments in a bedroom and help fill a large empty wall space in our living room. We are pleased with the items she helped us select along with the wonderful job she did of installing all of it. The large empty wall space involved a pocket door so nothing could be inserted into that part of the wall. Lori found a shelf that could be installed with a metal plate behind it so she could control where the screws where installed and then she helped select a picture to put on the shelf that we are very pleased with. Lori is great professional to work with.

We have worked with Lori and number of times on custom window treatments for our home and office. Lori did a fantastic job creating custom blackout blinds for our master bedroom.
