The raw space was contemporary in the basic sense and Leslie did an excellent job of creating a warm, comfortable, transitional environment. Leslie Lux is a gifted designer and a delightful person to work with on a close basis.. Not only does she have truly exquisite taste, she is also organized, timely and really listens to her clients wishes. My husband and I have worked with Leslie for many years and she has handled all sorts of projects and dilemmas for us. She designed a custom rug and oversaw the manufacturing and installation, she procured gorgeous furniture and stunning antiques, she found resources to have our breakfast room table refinished and enlarged to seat 18, and she engaged a master artist to work on our water damaged walls. The very best aspect to working with Leslie is that when the inevitable issues arise (something arrives broken, installers cut a rug too short, etc.), Leslie keeps her good humor, but ALWAYS takes care of her clients interests first and foremost. This is a woman of integrity. We have actually received checks back from her because she was able to get a discount, which she passed on to us. Amazing! Working with Leslie has provided us with a beautiful home... and also a lovely friendship.

A+. Working with Leslie turned my house into a home. Leslie was the fist designer I had ever worked with and I was excited but anxious going into the project. Her previous work and pictures from those projects got me excited. Having not worked with a designer before, I think my anxiety was typicality. I was worried her group would push only their design ideas or high-end/expensive brands. this was certainly not the case. Leslie was great! She listened, helped, taught me tricks along the way and in the end I could not be happier with the project results. We did everything from purchasing new furniture, reupholstering existing pieces, paint, and even a little construction. Leslie managed all the sub-contractors and was able to show me pieces and concepts that I would have never had access to on my own. She is extremely dedicated and committed to finding out who you, how you use your space, and what can be done to get even more out of it. Though we worked on our project from out of town, she kept in constant touch and has seen the project to its completion. She was great to work with and would happily recommend her and work with her again.

I have just started a renovation remodel project in my historic home. Leslie was recommended to me by a mutual acquaintance. Our working relationship has just begun but she has already impressed me with her attention to detail, attention to my concerns on a host of issues such as conflicting styles, budget, and uncertainty of final vision.
