Oh Charlene...somehow you know just what I want (need!??) before I do! Incredible interior design talent aside, my experience with your services was seamless. From delivering samples and chatting over ideas and options, to navigating "covid" challenges (discontinued fabrics, coordinating trades in our home safely, etc), it was a pleasure to have you helping me with our home upgrades! I look forward to inviting you over for a glass of wine in my beautiful new "she-den" one day, when it is ok too to that again! (She's a gem).

I am so disappointed that I signed an agreement with Charlene Threadful from Lush Interiors. My realtor recommended using her services based previous experiences because she was recommended by Tanya Eklund. Moving and making arrangements to move is stressful enough, hiring a designer I was led to believe would help structure the design elements with the transition. Over promise, under deliver, non-responsive, and putting the client last is my experience with Charlene. I originally started with 3 blind quotes from different vendors, all responded with in a day. I repeatedly had to chase Charlene down after e-transfer $1000 for a retainer agreement. Side note, what reputable business doesn't take credit cards in 2020? I provided a $10,000 budget for blinds, and she blew it by $7000 and had the audacity to charge billable time on top of the margin for their time estimating. After more pestering from my end to do furniture selections Charlene took me to a local manufacture with a bunch of options that didn’t match my design esthetic. When I asked about kitchen and furniture (which she told me that she could help me with) she then changed her tune that the only options would be out of my budget. During our meeting she showed me some wall paper that she wants to change me for $300 for the appointment cost that she combined with the lackluster furniture showroom walkthrough. Main point, Charlene is unresponsive and lacks human kindness. Call someone else.

We’ve asked Char and her team to work on our house many times - master bath, kitchen and now a powder room and living room project. Char is a gifted listener and translator - she gets what you are looking for, challenges you to think out side that box a little, provides sound advice on where to splurge and where to save and the results of our latest project made me cry tears of joy! She has created rooms for us that are more beautiful and more functional than we ever imagined. Tana and her team are fantastic because they are skilled and professional. The work we had done was the best yet - can’t wait for the next project!

We hired Lush Interiors to completely renovate and redecorate our townhouse in order to update the layout and make it feel more open. We’ve renovated several houses over the years and dealt with a wide variety of contractors and interior designers. Our experience with the Lush team of Tana/Travis (general contractor/renovation) and Lisa/Jesse (designer/furnishings) was by far the best we’ve ever had. They were very professional and provided fantastic communication throughout the process. What we liked most about them was that they listened to our needs, and then laid out several options at different price points and let us make the decision. When we needed advice, they were very good about giving their advice, but always with options. We really appreciated the way they saw our vision and worked with that. We couldn’t be more pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend the Lush team to anyone thinking of renovating and/or redecorating their home!

Thank you Lisa and Jesse, for your professional approach to our project. We were a little intimidated with the prospect of a five month complete renovation of our home, but you put me at ease from the beginning with your friendly and confident style. I always felt that you listened to what I wanted, gave me sage advice where I needed it, and made thoughtful suggestions in our many discussions. We are so happy with the final result, enjoying our beautiful home everyday. I hope we can work together again!

Fabulous company to work with!! We hired Lush Interiors to completely furnish and decorate our brand new home. We needed everything from furniture, to paint, to drapery, to artwork, and accessories. Charlene and Jessie were wonderful to work with - always available, approachable, detail oriented, and definitely fun to work with! We are extremely pleased with the outcome of our home and get so many wonderful compliments when we have visitors. We would highly recommend Lush Interiors and we definitely plan on using their services again! They put their clients first and do whatever needs to be done to make sure their clients are happy with the finished product. First class service from first class ladies!!

We found Lush Interiors to be excellent to work with, very professional and easy to communicate with. They were able to capture our vision and make it a reality. The project involved the construction of a multi-million dollar residence over 10,000 sq ft in size. They were actively involved from the start, providing elaborate detail for every aspect of design and finish. The end result was a masterpiece thanks to their immense talents and expertise. We could not imagine a better experience or a better outcome.

Working with the Lush Interiors Inc team was excellent. Our office hired Lush Interiors Inc to set up several offices with textiles, colors and furniture. Charlene and her team at Lush Interiors Inc are incredible! Charlene’s design skills and communication was excellent and the vision she had for our office space was amazing. Great team to work with! We retained Charlene with Lush Interiors to help us redecorate, as well as work closely with our General Contractor to help renovate our home. She was super to work with, very professional, timely, and is just simply fun to work with. We really trusted Charlene's opinion on what style options might work in our home, and her view on what was becoming too common or overdone. It's a great idea to use an interior designer when couples can't agree on a particular style--using a third party really helps bring forward an objective opinion on what works best for your home. It was also great because Charlene has access to suppliers that we could not purchase from directly at a retail level, so that opened up more options for purchasing furniture, decorative pieces, and framing for art/photos. I would certainly retain her, as well as her assistant, Jessie, again.

We are so happy that we used Lush Interiors to help us redesign our new house. Lisa has a fantastic eye for design and truly incorporates her clients style as well. I appreciated her thoughts on layout, furniture choices and working with a specific budget too. I highly recommend her and will definitely be working with her again soon in the future. Thanks Lisa for all of your help transforming our space! We love it.

I would not recommend this company to do any sort of commercial work. They were very difficult to work with, had poor communication skills, limited technical experience but were also very expensive.

We hired Charlene of Lush Interiors to completely renovate and transform our home. The project involved taking an existing home right down to the original studs and rebuilding it. It took well over a year to do and we are so pleased with the final project. Charlene was with us every step of the way to help us make decisions and was excellent with her guidance - there is really nothing we would change about our home. Charlene designed our kitchen, all cabinetry in the bathrooms and closets and a built in desk for an office. She went with us to choose everything that went into our home including our appliances, all flooring materials, lighting, all trim (right down to the hinges on the doors!), plumbing fixtures, blinds (there were a lot of them!!) and last but certainly not the least she helped with all the furniture. Lush Interiors was our one stop shop for our massive project and I would highly recommend Charlene and her colleagues for any project. I would certainly do another project with Charlene given the opportunity. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient and fun to work with. Truly 5 star quality!
