Lydia Sweetland ThinkSpace Design and Home Staging

The project you designed is grand and artistic; it has given me a lot of inspiration for elements I’d like to incorporate into my own work.

Lydia is AWESOME! She is very professional, personable and knowledgeable!! She came to stage my brothers home with just a days notice, as I live out of town and was only available for a few days! The house was gorgeous and her attention to detail regarding the type of home ( mid century) was spot on! I highly recommend Lydia for any staging or design project you might have!!!

I can't say enough good things about Lydia. Not only is she incredibly talented in interior design and decoration, but she is also reliable, affordable, and responsive. The homes she stages sell faster than similar ones that are not staged or not staged by her. She can take a challenging layout and make it easy for a potential buyer to see how the rooms can function. She ties everything together with the right decor and color schemes. I have seen her home staging in various types of homes ranging from small condos, single-family track homes, and multimillion-dollar customs homes. She is a favorite among agents at Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty.

Lydia does a fabulous job staging homes. I needed to sell my parents house that they had lived in for 27 years. Lydia came highly recommended by my realtor. Lydia did a wonderful job staging the house. The color scheme was perfect. When I walked into the house my eye's were immediately drawn to the decorating and how fresh and updated the house looked. Lydia used just the right amount of furnishing to tasteful decorate the house. I am thoroughly impressed with Lydia's skills to walk into a room, take a few notes and pictures then return with the furnishing and stage a room or house to make it look beautiful. In my opinion, Lydia's skills far exceeds many of the designers on HGTV. Lydia is a class act and I highly recommend her!

Working with Lydia was the easiest part of selling the house. She came in, new exactly what she was doing and what was needed for the house/space and seemed to have great knowledge right away of what would look best and what was locally available. Everyone had rave reviews for her work and we are very pleased.

Awesome staging and great to work with! She is organized and hardworking. Highly recommend Lydia for any size home for staging.

Lydia definitely knows best! We were on the fence as to whether to stage our house for selling. Our realtor introduced us to Lydia and sang her praises as to her expertise in understanding how to bring out the best in our home. Lydia’s approach was not to replace our furniture with “better looking” furnishings, but rather to accent the best features our home. She brought in furniture that called attention to the architectural angles and windows in our house. Additionally, she surprised me by putting in larger beds than I had thought she would. She explained that this would overcome buyer objections wondering if their bed would fit. Lydia was a whirlwind of activity the day our rental items arrived. She made sure that everything was perfect for our photos. She obviously has a great deal of passion for what she does! Our house goes on the market tomorrow and I am confident that Lydia’s vision will help sell our home quicker.

Lydia is amazing! Being a single male who has no touch for interior design, she has stepped in and has worked wonders on my home. She is very professional and having “sweet” in her last name couldn’t be any more fitting.

Do not miss out on having Lydia on your team! I am a top producing Realtor® in Arizona that has been utilizing Lydia's Professional Staging Services for my luxury listings. She goes above and beyond for her clients! I love how she can "see" how a space needs to be designed in order to appeal to the most buyers...Both online and in person. My clients and I are always impressed with her finished staging. Sometimes I even want to buy my own listing... She is the best!

Lydia called me after my Realtor found her. I was so impressed as I didnt know much about staging. She made me feel so comfortable and earned my trust that she caught the vibe of our house. Knowing that there are all kinds of styles for people, she used a mix of pieces that just popped in color and versatility. Each room she did came to life. Our showings went from 5 in 5 weeks (prior to her stylings) to 6 showings in 2 weeks. Dont wait or vascillate on using Lydia, she is worth it!

Lydia was a miracle worker. I am a realtor. I found her on Houzz. My clients contracted her to stage their home, after it did not sell and sat on the market for about 45 days. Wow! What a difference it made. Lydia listened to us and did a great job of honoring my client's Mid-Century Modern style, but also made it appealing to buyers with different styles. It is gorgeous! She far exceeded our expectations. We have already increased our showings in just a few days time. I know the home will now sell quickly. Don't even hesitate to hire Lydia. She will give you a fair price and honor the contract. She is direct, kind, reliable, and trustworthy. Hire Lydia to make your staging dreams come true! She is a winner.

Lydia did a great job staging our house. I loved the whole layout and the color theme. Each decoration item, wall hanging, etc was very thoughtfully selected and placed. In fact one of the visitors commented that the staging was done beautifully.
