Since beginning her Dallas design career, Marci Barnes has successfully established herself as one of Dallas' most talented and versatile designers. As owner and principal designer of M. Barnes & Co., Marci has worked on a wide variety of high-end projects, residential and commercial, ranging from single rooms to over 50,000 square feet spaces. She and her energetic team of designers are known for seamlessly integrating architectural and interior design while creating atmospheres that are both clean and classically inspired. For Marci's projects, style and personality are everything. Her projects always maintain a sense of humor and are comfortably tailored for the people who will inhabit them. Staying curious and open minded, always searching for the perfect blend of simplicity and function in each design dilemma is the driving force of her creativity. Marci's candor, humility and genuineness enable her to quickly forge lasting relationships with her clients. Her ability to efficiently "cut through the clutter" and clearly communicate across all aspects of the design process has not only endeared her to her clients but also garnered her respect among numerous notable architects, builders and the design district community. A West Texas native, Marci received her bachelor's degree in interior design and minor of architecture from Texas Tech University graduating with honors. In addition, her studies have extended abroad to London, Chelsea Kings College where she concentrated on period interiors and architectural detailing. She is a registered designer with the State of Texas and a professional member of ASID.
