We have used Sean Hughes and Mandil Inc. for four major projects over the years, spanning multiple homes. We've redesigned two kitchens (one as part of a a whole home), a master bath, and a full basement. We're going to bring them back again for another project next year. They took the time to understand our sensibility and really helped us understand where to spend and where to save. They come up with ideas we never would have considered. They also really keep the GC and other vendors on the ball.

Remodeling an entire house is not easy and working with Sean was the best part of the project. He was great at understanding where to deploy our budget and his organization saved the day when our construction manager disappeared halfway through the project. I absolutely love my house.

Commented: Stain used on fenceHello Priscila the fence is steel and was powder coated. It is a matt black finish. If your are staining your fence you would want an ebony. Dark stained woods can require frequent maintanence outside...
