Over the last two decades, Kerith Flynn and her team at Margali and Flynn Designs has provided luxury home owners the finest in interior design and furnishings procurement services. Her clients can be found in New York City, Long Island, the Hamptons and in vacation homes across the country. We provide homeowners with curated furniture, lighting, fabric, wallpaper, artwork, carpet, window coverings, flooring, painting and millwork ideas and solutions We have in-house AutoCad for design and space planning, a wide array of vendors to secure those one-of-a-kind products, dedicated budget and purchasing staff, in-house product delivery and, of course, design professionals, project coordinators and a pool of vetted contractors.
Frequently, we are hired by homeowners to advise, to help plan and coordinate new home construction and home renovation projects. We are happy to work as your liaison and advise and coordinate with you and your architect, builder and trade professionals from start to finish. If needed we can provide you with vetted trade pros that we have worked with in the past. Our vast experience with home building and remodeling and have been put to the test by designing and building several of our own Margali and Flynn Signature and Spec Homes.

This is our second project with Margali & Flynn. The care, patience, and expertise is like no other.
Keri and her colleagues at M&F take care of all the details start to finish. Her attention to detail and eye for colors and textures come together beautifully in all that she does.
The extended team to make it all come together are the best too! Neil, the head contractor and his crew as well as his plumbers, painters, and electricians are top notch, work is to perfection and always courteous and professional, it’s like family!!
We highly recommend Margali & Flynn-they are the absolute best!!

High-end renovations and design from Keri and her team...They have done large and small projects in my home that always exceed my expectations. I describe what I want to accomplish in each room, and they bring my vision to life using the colors, textures and materials that I love. Keri and her team have done a full renovation of my kitchen, my bathrooms and mudroom, and have provided design for many other rooms in my house. There is nothing that they cannot do!

As someone who can get overwhelmed just choosing a paint color, I knew I would need help furnishing and decorating our new home. Kerri and her staff were definitely the right call. Kerri listened to what I wanted my home to be -- a home. Functional, and beautiful. We're empty nesters, but our home is a central gathering place for our growing family, so it was important that our house would be a safe place for the grandchildren and a comfortable place for the adults. I love my home and receive many compliments from all who come to visit. Margali & Flynn Designs was a great company to work with.

We have worked with Kerith and her amazing staff on 2 major bathroom projects. The attention to detail, colors, design, tile choices, and plumbing specs have resulted in a beautiful completed job. Kerith's team is attentive to your calls and queries and have design knowledge as well. . M&F are happy to continue to source supplies and suppliers until the customer is completely satisfied. Keri of Margali and Flynn Designs has designed my entire home in New York as well as my daughters new home. Keri is one of the most professional, committed, hard working individuals that I have ever met. She is proficient in all designing genres, and doesn't rest until your job is complete. I value her expertise and can also call her a dear friend. She is easy going and gets along with the toughest client. She listens to and respects your personal design preferences and has the most incredible taste. She is mild mannered and passionate about her work. Anytime you think something can't be rectified, Keri comes to the rescue with sound solutions while maintaining a calm and reassuring demeanor. Her staff is hard working and compliments all aspects of the design phase. A shoutout to Kim, Pam, Delaney, and Sue for their commitment to this wonderful design firm. I have recommended Keri to a host of personal friends and she has come through for all of them. I worked with Kerith, Kornelia and the Margali & Flynn team on a recent home renovation. Their level of professionalism, creativity and beautiful taste is unparalleled. They approached our project with such care, personalization and attention to detail, it was as if they were going to be living in my home themselves. As a full time working professional, I was unable to visit multiple vendors and showrooms during the renovation process. They made the entire process smooth and easy by listening to our wants, needs and budget and then carefully preparing presentations that we could draw from to create the home we wanted. Ultimately, they created customized bedrooms, bathrooms and shared spaces that captured every family member's personality perfectly. The Margali and Flynn team followed through on all details with vendors and contractors so we did not have to be in the middle of the various moving pieces and simply enjoy the process. Moving into our finished home was one of the happiest days of our family's life (and was perfectly on schedule!). It has been a true pleasure working with this firm and I recommend Margali and Flynn with the highest praise. I look forward to more projects together in the future.

Heard about Keri and her team from a friend that did a complete house gut and makeover turned out stunning. I wasn't sure how my small project of wanting to update/freshen up my living room and first floor would be handled. Keri and her team have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. I have never felt that my project was too small for them. In every meeting, they listen, make suggestions and are flexible and I felt that our project was getting their full attention. Any questions that required immediate attention, Keri and her team were always available. As we wait for furniture to come in, I am excited to see the finished project come to life and enjoy our new space. I would definitely work with Margali & Flynn Designs in the future for any project large or small and highly recommend them.

This was my first experience with a design/construction team (because I've been afraid of all that comes with doing a major house project in the past!), and I think this experience with Margali and Flynn Designs was as good as it could be! Keri and her team were amazing with their vision, and the communication between all parties involved (cabinet making, electrician, plumbing, window treatments, carpet, furniture, you name it) was fantastic! All parties worked really well together and Keri was on top of everything, every step of the way! And the finished project- my newly renovated kitchen/dining room/ first floor of my house, looks so beautiful, I could stare at it all day! I absolutely recommend Margali and Flynn for any house project! Pleasure to work with!

Fantastic team that works with your vision and creates great outcomes. Margali & Flynn helped design my living room and dining room several years ago. The rooms are still timeless and beautiful . I recently engaged them to redo a guest room The design colors and texture so wonderful that I decided to update the primary bedroom suite, convert an extra bedroom into home office. And of course I needed to refresh my den. Everything was easy to plan and design. And the color palate flows throughout the home. Every detail is thought through. You’re in great hands with Margali and a Flynn. First and foremost, Kerith and her team are great communicators and they do what they say they’re going to do. As a retired business owner, transparency and honesty are paramount. They’re a 10 in this arena. We all know “life happens “.supply chain, back orders, bad dye lots,etc; Kerith and her easy going team totally are on top of this and in my experience, kept me in the loop 100% of the way.
Next up, she meets, greets, asks for opinions regarding likes/dislikes,style,needs/wants, and of course what your budget is …she/they have a great sense of person. She was patient when I had second thoughts on decisions and we worked through them beautifully.
She understands build and design better than anyone I’ve ever met. I did a major renovation and update. Bathrooms, bedrooms, entry way and theatre. I LOVE It. M&F nailed it. I’ve hired them for round 2. Pretty telling in my book!

Keri has gorgeous taste and is so easy to work with. She listened to what I wanted, stayed within my budget and came up with stylish, yet practical ideas that transformed the look of my house. She was extremely flexible to work with and was equally happy working with my contractors or her own. We were very happy with the end result.

We have been working with Kerith Flynn for over 20 years. We have done everything from a simple room to many renovations. Kerith knows us and our style and always picks out options that just fit us. When doing the children’s bed rooms she worked with each of then to create the best rooms for them that they love and feel so comfortable in. The rooms are classic and timeless. I run everything by Margali and Flynn and have such a comfort and trust level with them. They have steered me away from mistakes and always created a special space for our family. Margali and Flynn has helped in all phases of construction and decoration. We began with small projects (carpet, paint, wallpaper) and progressed over the years to larger construction projects; enlarging garage, updating the exterior of the house with a new roof line and siding, updating the patio and backyard area. Kerith is always responsive and willing to work within any budget.
We have recommended Margali and Flynn to friends and family with confidence.

I have been using Margali and Flynn for interior design and construction consultation since I renovated my house in 2014. They have worked on multiple projects for me and i wouldn’t consider using another company. Kerith Flynn is an expert when it comes to all facets of design and construction. She has a great group of trades people that can help with any facet of a project and can advise you on the smallest features to the largest most complex construction challenges. Kerith and team have deep experience, knowledge and excellent taste which have transformed my home into a real showcase.

Keri and her team have been the best! Extremely patient and I could have not done this renovation without them, we did basically a full first floor re-do, including kitchens and bathrooms. They are with you every step of the way and take into account your tastes as well when creating the look you want. I would highly recommend and will continue to use M&F for all future projects.

We worked with Margali and Flynn to renovate our master bedroom, build a brand new office space in our attic and redesign our basement space, including adding a gym. We absolutely loved the results of everything! Our master bedroom has become a true sanctuary. Little did we know how vital a home gym and new home office would become this year! We really enjoyed working with Keri and Kim throughout the process - we were very hands on with every design decision we made and we certainly pushed the envelope in exploring options. They were very patient with us the entire way and ultimately we are very happy with the outcome. Neil and his construction crew were prompt, professional, neat and did the highest quality work. They definitely don’t cut corners. We were very happy with them while living through this project. All in all - there is a reason why Margali and Flynn is utilized by many homeowners on the North Shore - and it showed through in the work they did for us.

Keri was fantastic. We did a gut renovation of the first floor of our home which involved creating an open concept and moving our kitchen from the front to the back. Keri iterated on designs with us until we had it right, and her guidance on materials filled in the details. We sat in her office and meticulously reviewed options for each part of the project. She offered great recommendations, adapting to our personal style and preference. We also used her recommendations for all labor. Neil GC, Ed Cabinets, Joey Electric, Eddie Plumber and so on. All do exceptional work in a truly professional and respectful manner.

Had a terrible experience. It was a total waste of time and money. They are very unprofessional and do not respond to emails or phone calls in a timely fashion. There were times when Keri forgot the appointments she had set up. Also they jack up the price on everything. They wanted to charge me three times the price for wallpaper and the installation. Would definitely not recommend to anyone

Loved working with the team. They made our renovation easy and minimized the stress of a big undertaking while we were working full time. The design and construction team were top notch, hard working and friendly and they made an effort to stay within budget. The renovation and interior decorating came out beautifully and we love living here. Highly recommend them.

Keri and her team are phenomenal. My husband and I hired Margali and Flynn for a massive project (new construction home). M&F made the project very smooth...they were always available to meet with me.
Keri's taste is superb. She completely "got" my sense of style from the get go and made the process seamless. I never felt pressured or questioned to go down another route. Keri is very patient and would bend over backwards to make sure everything is picture perfect.
Keri's team is just as fabulous...always very responsive and quick to lend a helping hand. They are all very experienced! By the time the project was over, M&F truly felt like family. I will continue to use them for all the finishing touches on my home. I would recommend M&F 10 TIMES OVER!!!!!

Keri Flynn and her team did an outstanding job here at the club. They transformed our restrooms and bridal suite into the high-end and modern styles that we were looking for. She is there every step of the way and pays close attention to every detail. Words alone truly do not Keri & her Margali & Flynn team justice. We are forever grateful to them for creating the home of our dreams for us. If we could give them a 10 star rating, we would!
Keri and her team of experienced, professional (and equally sweet & kind!) design pro's expertly navigated us through a complete gut renovation of a 4 bedroom home that had not been touched since the 70s. Keri guided us thoughtfully from the very outset of the project, from creating our optimal floor plan, to working with the architect, to getting our plans submitted and approved by the building department and ultimately acting as a project manger throughout our renovation. Her construction crew (including all the subs that we used via her connections) was beyond fantastic - the quality of their workmanship went far beyond our expectations and they were incredibly nice, honest, easy people to work with. Not to mention our project was finished on time! Keri helped us with all the material selection for our project, including tiles, plumbing fixtures, hardware, flooring, lighting... the list could go on and on. She also managed all the ordering/receiving of materials for us, which made the renovation process incredibly stress free on our end. Keri and the M&F team truly had our back from start to finish during the reno and we couldn't be more appreciative!
Beyond managing our renovation, Keri and team helped us completely furnish the first floor of our house (family room, dining room, living room, kitchen). Keri's expertise in stylishly mixing and matching fabrics, wall coverings, furniture, light fixtures, etc. blew my mind! We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Our home remains "our style," but looks 100x better than if we had attempted to furnish the home on our own.
Best of all - Keri and her entire team are the nicest, most down-to-earth, awesome people to work with!! We will recommend her to all our friends & family in the future and look forward to working with Margali & Flynn again in the future.

I hired Keri Flynn of Margali and Flynn Designs in order to help me design my new condo "from scratch". I loved working with her and her able and friendly staff. They were very receptive and respectful of my wishes and my budget. Frankly, even in my most optimistic thoughts i could not have imagined what a splendid job she would end up doing. She took into account SO many variables and had a vision for me - one that i, as a lay petson, could not always truly envision or follow visually. But soon i recognized that Keri had an impeccable taste, fresh and modern attitudes, and a keen interest in my happiness. Working with her was fun, comfortable, and easy. She is very detailed and misses not a single beat. I have lived in my fully designed condo now for about 2 years and i recently had to thank her again, not only for enabling me to show off my place with pride, not only for the numerous praises i get from visitors, but for something far more important - it fills me with joy, serenity, comfort and satisfaction each time i turn the key to get into my place. Nothing beats loving the place where you live, and Keri did not "just decorate" a condo - she created a warm and inviting home!!!! To say i recommend Margali and Flynn would be an understatement!

i hired the firm of Margali and Flynn to redo my den. From the moment i met them , i had this incredible sense that working with them would be very easy.
They truly are very professional and delivered exactly what we wanted.
Their workmen were excellent craftsman and very reliable.
Our den turned out amazing .We then went on to redo a living room,dining room, and two bathrooms.
Having had such a great experience with this team, we have recommended Margali and Flynn to many of our friends.,

I can not say enough about how amazing and professional Kerri and the staff at Margali and Flynn designs are. Right from the beginning of our home redesign we knew we were in good hands. We used multiple services through Kerri and one after the other did not disappoint. For those of you who think she is "just" an interior decorator, I stand strong letting you know she can help you manage the largest of projects. From ideas, to architectural plans, through construction and finally decoration and furnishing. I was happy with every single tradesman hired with her help and support.. I LOVE my new home and would 1,000% recommend Kerith Flynn and her team at Margali and Flynn Designs
