The Magaux mother and daughter team were terrific to work with. They figured out exactly what I wanted and made it all happen with no stress or drama and with wonderful results.

We hired Margaux to decorate our living room and dining room, and are so happy with the results. In our dining room, they worked with our mid century modern furniture to both restore the table and recover the chairs beautifully - I really can't say enough about that. They did our living room from scratch, to match that mid century sensibility with a Miami feel. It looks beautiful, and it's functional for a family with three young kids. We highly recommend Margaux!

I have been a resident of Miami for 37 years and of South Miami for over 20 years. I have been a customer of Margaux since the store opened in 1989. Margaux is the neighborhood store which I would frequently stop to get a quick gift, always so carefully and attentively gift wrapped, most of the times an inexpensive scented candle. I had always admired the way the store was so beautifully decorated and amazed by how often their entire store decoration will change, creating one more beautiful decor than the last one. All their items for home decor are unique, elegant, hand picked with good taste and so well put together. I knew the owners of the store, Margarita and her daughter Cristina, will do home visits and assist in decorating. I decided to asked for their help while attempting to re-do my living room making it go accordingly with my more modern new home. We needed to keep using my antique, wood furniture pieces that I loved and which they all had a special place in this huge living room. Working with Margarita and Cristina was so easy, pleasurable and fun. When they first visited my home and we talked, and talked , they gather the concept that I wanted. They took pictures, they measured and we discussed a floor plan. At the same time that we engaged in conversation ( Margarita and I are both from P.R.) they were also getting a feel for the house, for us, our taste and our life style. There was no need for me to looked at many fabric samples or waste precious time and energy. Margarita and Cristina "nailed it" ( dieron en el clavo) with their first choice of fabrics combinations presented to me. It was so great and beautiful, it was accepted at once. The rest followed smoothly. They gave me options for sofa, chairs and coffee tables, we decided together on the new pieces. It is very reassuring having the expert advice. Margarita and Cristina have been instrumental in decorating many, many homes, apartments and even boats in Miami. They know their trade, they have the resources , they have the human resources, they know where to look for things, they have great people skills, a talented staff, they are patient and very good at what they do every day. They will guide you step by step, making the necessary appointments either at your house when is needed or at their beautiful store, to complete the task at hand. A few months after our first meeting, they delivered all the new pieces accordingly. The ladies ( as they are often referred by) and their team positioned my new living room, which they have been storing piece by piece in their warehouse, just in time for the Holidays celebrations. All the new pieces were brought at once for a total effect. Actually I was not present while the delivery and positioning took place, and it all was done so very perfect. Looking forward to another room renovation soon. Decorating when using professional services becomes a true collaboration between the owner and the decorator. I recently engaged Margaux Interiors to assist with re-decorating our living and dining rooms. This is the second time I've used Margaux for an interior design project, and I could not be happier with the results. Margarita and Crissy make an excellent team and have years of design experience. I would say they specialize in traditional and contemporary design (not ultra-modern) and excel in selecting interesting colors, fabrics and accents. More importantly, they are the consummate professionals and take care to oversee every element of the project, including delivery and installation. As a working professional, I especially appreciated their timeliness and responsiveness. I recommend Margaux Interiors without reservation.

I worked with Crissi from Margaux for several months, I found her pleasant, friendly, professional and she really listened to my ideas as well. We accessoried 2 bathrooms a master and a powder room. The most enjoyable room to do was a doggie playroom for my two Havenese in black and white motif, it turned out adorable with black and white lamps, paw print lampshades and blankets, black and white checked vinyl mat, etc. It was a fun project. I look forward to work with Crissi and Marguax in the future.

We had always dreamed of having a beautifully decorated living space but the reality was with two very young children, we thought it would just have to wait. My living room was being taken alive by toys, lego's, puzzles...you name it. Then I met Crissi and Margarita from Margaux Interiors and realized that a transformation was not only needed but a total possibility. They came to our home and I was quickly impressed with how practical and creative they were in trying to meet the needs of our family and this particular space. They listened and formulated a very clear vision to bring relaxation and beauty to the room, while at the same time create functionality. Hands down, it has become our absolute favorite room in the house. Since then we are going room by room to extend the look throughout our home. You can't go wrong with Margaux. They are honest, elegant and extremely talented.

This year - my home really needed a make over -- I had never worked with a professional decorator and I was not sure what to expect. Cristina and Margarita were simply amazing - listening to my vision - and translating it - respecting the pieces I wanted to keep (family antiques) yet modernizing and refreshing each area. They were easy, friendly, accessible and knowledgeable - I knew all costs - and they gave me fantastic practical suggestions. I started out with the dining, living and family rooms --- and after finishing that was so in love with my home again we moved on to re-do the master, guest and hall way. Love my home retreat now -- a fantastic experience thanks to these two wonderful professionals!

I have been working with Margarita and Cristina for the last year decorating my home. I have admired their store in South Miami for many years but thought that it was unobtainable for me. I don't know why I thought that? So, I decided to call them when my husband and I moved into our new home. I wanted to do it right this time. They indicated that they offered design services and it was a match made in heaven. Not only are they knowledgeable and extremely talented, but the visual of a store to see the interpretation of their designs is so helpful to me. They had be able to design a functional family friendly space in my family room while also providing me with the elegant furnishings that I desired. They selected durable fabrics for me so that I could enjoy my house and not have to worry about the inevitable messes from my three children and myriad of animals. With a bottle of Oxyclean and a rag I have already cleaned my sofas several times. I never knew that these fabric options existed. I can breathe easy now and enjoy our beautiful home. We also just finished my dining room and are now moving into the living room, entry, office and master. I can't imagine working with any other interior decorators or furniture store. I can't say enough about these two ladies. You will not be disappointed. I will never pick out my own furniture from a catalogue again! I have made that mistake time and time again. I did it the right way this time. It was so worth it and affordable! Whether you have one room that you want to redo or a whole house, these are the ladies to call.

We have been using the services of Margaux Interiors for over 10 years. They have a great decorative eye and have been able to re-decorate our home according to our changing styles. Our home was built in 1928, and every time they have change the decoration as per my request, they have been able to bring out all the beauty the home warrants. Thanks to their magnificent skill, our house has been featured in several magazines, and house books. Our first project with Margaux was when we purchased the home in 2004, and have continued to use their services through today! Highly recommend them!

Margaux Interiors designed the interior spaces of my home. They listened to my concept, came to my home, drew up a design plan and presented it to me. The design was more than I hoped for! Margarita tied in my old pieces with new pieces, suggested new furniture where needed and re-upholstered my old furniture that could still work in the room. She came up with a color scheme and suggested painting, light fixtures and accessories that tied everything together. Cristina has a great eye for fabric and furniture styles and found the perfect piece with her suppliers. They're furniture is well-priced and unique. Their design prices are reasonable and well-worth the investment. I could not be more pleased with the final product!

Cristina and Margarita did an amazing job on our home. They were wonderful to work with. Their experience and knowledge is impressive. We began our project by having them design one room. This room was such a success that we ended up having them design the majority of our home. They paid close attention to the timing and budget throughout the entire project.
