Mary Lynch Design

I hired Mary to provide design services and project management to help me give our condo a facelift and agreed to pay her a % of our budget. When her quotes for quartz and blinds cane in they seemed quite high. I sourced the identical products myself and found her quotes were thousands more than mine. I questioned her about the differences and we agreed to part ways . Since she had already ordered wallpaper and a sink for me I settled my account with her.. At this point I was suspect of her pricing so I asked for invoices for the goods she bought on my behalf and she refused. I subsequently found out the sink she charged me $500 can be purchased on line or at Home Depot for $269. I would NOT recommend Mary Lynch Desigh

Mary was fantastic! She was extremely attentive and accommodating to our ideas, and she was insightful and creative with how to make them come to light. Our living and dining areas are absolutely beautiful, and we can't wait to work with her again.

MLD is amazing! Mary is able to work wonders, from turning a bachelor pad into a welcoming home people wouldn't mind visiting. Besides her excellent style and accommodations to what I needed she was able to complete the project with remarkable speed. The professionalism and friendliness of her team will continue to keep me coming back for my next projects.

The ladies at Mary Lynch Design are wonderful to work with, they provide an abundance of samples and work with you to find just the right piece for your place, I have worked with Mary on several projects in my home, big and small and she always puts the same effort into each.

Mary is AMAZING! You will not be disappointed with her style and service. She recently decorated the middle floor of my town home, the home is very modern with an open floor plan. I was struggling with how to best furnish it while honoring its modern features. I felt like Mary really listened during our consultation. She looked at the Pinterest board my girlfriend and I created, made notes of all my concerns, talked about what I liked and didn't like, and clearly discussed the budget, cost, and what services are included. She returned for our follow-up appointment with well rendered floor plans, tons of samples to look through, and several options for all the things we needed (furniture, light fixtures, wallpaper, countertops, back splash tile, etc). She never pushed a choice on me.. although her top picks were so perfect we went for nearly all of them! She's that good! Once items were selected we again discussed prices, fees, and timelines. She is very clear about the business end of things, which is great! The workmen she contracted were amazing! The crew was always on time, friendly, respectful, and clearly communicated every step of the way. I think that’s one of the things I appreciated most about working with Mary and her crew... the communication was constant. Our timeline was delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances. Mary remained in contact with me and finished the work as soon as the items were in. The end result is a living space to be proud of! Trust me, I show it off all the time! I highly recommend Mary and her wonderful team

Mary helped me with work on my lake home. She designed the porches and made sure that we had fabric and rugs that would work well with wet kids and dogs and stand up to elements. The porches look great and are working out very well. We have also had Mary redo our dining room and bathrooms. She has done a terrific job and we just love working with her.

What a great experience I had working with Mary Lynch. The process went so smoothly and she understood my style. I had heard about Mary through friends in St. Paul and need an update on my living room. We were visiting St. Paul to see family, I live in California. We were able to work together remotely . I was hesitant at first but in this day and age it's not as difficult as it sounds. we choose paint, flooring and some accent pieces to enhance what I had and the result was everything I dreamed of and more. Thank You Mary.. My friends are lining up!

I have used Mary Lynch Design a few times. The first was for furniture - she was very helpful, plus I got exactly what I wanted, and within my budget! The second time was for carpeting. Again, what I wanted and the price I needed! I would highly recommend Mary Lynch Design!!

I recommended Mary to my father as he was preparing to sell his house. He wanted to do some updates but wanted to stick to a fairly tight budget. She had outstanding ideas, stayed on budget and followed up regularly with my father. I would highly recommend her. As a matter of fact I plan to hire her myself in the next month.

I worked with Mary to redesign a family room space. She was very conscientious about following our budget. Her creative ideas were just what we hoped for when we began this project. Mary is wonderful when it comes to working on old homes and utilizing every inch of space. She and her team are top notch.

We bought decorating services from Mary Lynch Design through a church charity auction. She couldn’t implement the design we agreed to and paid for, so we canceled the order before taking delivery of any items. After we canceled, she sued us for over $6000 beyond what we originally paid. She has yet to provide an accounting for her services provided or claimed. We highly discourage anyone from working with her.
