Still trying to get a blind repaired and returned after 6 months of excuses. I spent over $40k with this company and now can not get any help. Was happy but not now. I want my blind back!!

I went to them for basic 2" white blinds for my new house, and while they look great, they took over 6 weeks to get here and be installed. That was over double the estimated time (2-3 weeks). They claimed it was a screw up in the Hunter Douglas system, but at the same time my contract was with Sew Fine, not Hunter Douglas, so it's on them to make it right. Anything that would've made it right such as a discount or expedited shipping or installation they refused, blaming somebody else (but again, my contract was with them). They never even gave me the paper shades as promised. It's not fun to be in a new home for close to two months worried a neighbor will happen to be in their backyard when you're stepping out of the shower, or feeling like you're in a fishbowl when you're getting ready for bed. I understand screw ups happen, but I wish Sew Fine 2 would've done something to make it right rather than just saying "not my fault".

I recently purchased silhouette window shades and what a difference they made in the look of my living room, kitchen, & dining area. Bright and cheerful with an updated modern look along with privacy have given my windows new life. The expert advice along with prompt, professional installation made this purchase absolutely worth it. In the past I have used a department store custom service which was no comparison to Mary Lou's design ability. Sew Fine is a true winner, hands down !!!!

I initially contacted Paula at Sew Fine II regarding window coverings for my dining room that I was re-doing. She ended up doing that (roman shade and side panels) and so much more. She helped me with furniture issues, color consultations, lighting, art, decor, table linens and keeping my sanity when it was all going wrong. Through it all she was a pleasure to deal with and had great knowledge and connections which made things work smoothly. I'm still waiting for a few pieces but so far I have been very pleased with everything. I also got assorted Hunter Douglas light blocking shades for some bedrooms which are just as promised. The installation people were very professional as well.

Sew Fine II decorated my new home's open concept first floor to include the foyer, powder room, living, dining and kitchen areas. Also included were the master bed and bath. Decorating services included picking fabrics for the window treatments, wooden and upholstered furniture, bed linens, wall colors, lighting fixtures, wallpaper and artwork. They were also instrumental in advising me on all selections I made related to color and overall decorating themes. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of my experience with Sew Fine II; they were very professional and fun to work with. I absolutely love my new home and have recommended this company to several of my friends. She has nurtured a loyal customer in me and I look forward to using them again in the future.

Overall I was happy with Sew Fine II for my window covering needs. I ended up with several Hunter Douglas custom roman shades, two custom fabric roman shades, a cornice board, and plantation shutters for two bathrooms and a bedroom.

I have used this company over the last ten years to purchase wood blinds for all windows in my home, window treatments for my daughter's nursery in her home, as well as window treatments for my family room and breakfast nook. The consultant was always professional and accurate. She was also willing to offer suggestions of styles that would work well with what I personally was looking for.

Sew Fine ll measured and installed new widow treatments. They completed the job on time and within budget. Everything fit and worked perfectly.

Paula has been a great help to me and my husband. Over the years she has designed our dining and formal living areas. From lighting to rugs, and assisting us with paint colors thru out the house, I always go to Paula for advice. I also love going to her design studio to look at the accessories she has in the store. I always get compliments on the pieces when friends are over for a visit. And Paula not only helps with interior ideas, but exterior. She has helped with the awning on our screen porch to the decorative cushions on our patio furniture. I highly recommend Paula and her team.
