Hub Woodworks

As a woodworker, I collaborated on several projects with Elizabeth of Mercer Interior and found her to be a really good partner; very focused with a strong design sense yet easy-going and a pleasure to work with. She was adept at translating the client's ideas into actual pieces of furniture that created a really unique space. She also possesses the kind of working flexibility necessary to keep the project moving forward which is crucial when there are multiple elements coming together. She also has a good sense of humor, which always helps.

I've had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth on several projects over the past year. She is an extremely talented and innovative designer, able to create unique and exciting spaces out of very challenging layouts. As a General Contractor it can be difficult at times to find a rhythm with a new designer/architect; generally falling subject to the inherent learning curve that comes with a foreign set of plans. Elizabeth makes this transition easy by maintaining an open line of communication to address any discrepancies or questions that may arise. She is an extremely active element of the process, frequenting the job site as an extra pair of eyes to ensure accuracy especially when change orders arise. I greatly look forward to our next project together and would unflinchingly recommend Elizabeth and Mercer Interiors to any client looking for similar design services in the future. I am so happy with Elizabeth's work! I very much enjoyed working with her on my home office. She was very professional, had wonderful ideas - including maximizing the use of the space and would work with me when I wanted alternative cost options. Elizabeth was very responsive, well organized and really kept the project moving. She coordinated the entirety of the project from demotion, painting, HVAC construction, carpeting, window treatments and accessorizing. It was truly a joy to work with her. I would highly recommend Elizabeth and plan to use her myself on more home projects.
