With a few small changes to our cabinet hardware, paint/accent walls and lighting Terez transformed our drab brown living room and kitchen into a modern, soothing space.

As I was preparing to sell our home, I hired Terez for staging of our master bedroom and ensuite so that they would show well and tie in with the rest of the main floor, which had recently been remodeled. Originally, the bedroom was painted a bright turquoise and the bathroom was entirely white with ivory tile. Terez's plan was simple and cost effective: paint the bedroom and bath a single color to unify the rooms; and choose a tranquil shade yet one that compliments the bath tile rather than blending in with it. We settled on Sherwin Williams' Icelandic Blue for its undertones of gray and periwinkle. Since our town has a coastal vibe, we wanted a casual and clean look for accessories and linens that incorporated those tones. Terez tied the whole color story together by selecting a gorgeous shade of mandarin orange and a slate grey as our accent colors, which we added through artwork, lamps, pillows and towels. Terez culled some of these things from my own collections, saving me time and more expense. With Terez's expertise, our home achieved its maximum current showing potential and we were able to secure the highest price possible. We received multiple offers over our list price from buyers who truly loved the home!

Great work, Functionality wise, affordable, and most important, essteticlly pleasing. I'm Excited of our future project together. I'm familiar with the stress of changing a room and finding what works in a space. The affordability matters, too. I was fortunate to see the transformation happen and can't wait to get started on my living room.
