I had the pleasure of working with Aggie Kiss, the lead interior designer at Modiano Design, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Aggie completely transformed one of my bathrooms, taking it from a basic, outdated space to a modern, functional oasis. She redesigned the entire floor plan, removing the old tub and replacing it with a larger, more luxurious shower that included a comfortable bench. Her changes didn’t just improve functionality—they also created a stunning art focal point that one sees immediately upon entering the room, adding a dramatic and elegant touch. This change allowed for the addition of a much-needed towel closet in the bathroom. Aggie’s attention to detail was incredible—she even added a display niche in the hallway for extra flair, allowing me a space for my travel memorabilia. She was very involved in the process, going with me to select the perfect tiles, coordinating patterns and colors that reflected my taste. She also helped choose all the bathroom accessories, fixtures, and beautiful sconces, ensuring every detail was cohesive and elevated. On top of that, Aggie helped me choose paint colors throughout my home, and she designed the interior layout of my closets, coming up with the brilliant idea of creating a closet devoted entirely to my shoes. This personalized touch was exactly what I needed for better organization and added a stylish, functional element to my home. Aggie listened to all of my preferences and made thoughtful suggestions for upgrades that I hadn’t even considered, which greatly enhanced the final design. Before any work was done, she provided 3-D visual drawings that made the design come alive, making it so much easier to visualize how everything would look in real life. She also took care of the electrical and plumbing plans for the contractor, ensuring that everything would run smoothly. What really stood out was that she gave me multiple layout options to choose from, so I felt in control of the final decisions every step of the way. She also worked on my powder room, making some brilliant suggestions that gave the small space real spark. Her creativity didn’t stop there—she took all the artwork and family pictures from throughout my home and created a breathtaking gallery wall that truly ties the space together. She also curated other picture arrangements in different rooms, and each one adds a unique and personal touch to the decor. Throughout the entire process, Aggie was always available for consultation and suggestions. She was extremely responsive and patient, never making me feel rushed or pressured. Her husband, who is a skilled carpenter, also helped to hang all the artwork, ensuring everything was done perfectly. Working with Aggie was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I can’t recommend her enough! Aggie did such an amazing job, staging my 2800 sqft. condo listing in Hancock Park, L.A., which definitely brought more people's attention and received countless compliments. I have used Modiano Design to partially stage a high end house in Woodland Hills. Aggie had great ideas for the space, and the end result was absolutely stunning! She is professional, talented and experienced. She is also very sweet, just like all of her team! Anyone who went through the process of selling a house knows how stressful it can be, especially if timing is tight. In the middle of it all working with Aggie was a pleasure: she was mindful of our wishes and scheduling, she communicated all updates and changes clearly and never made us feel uncomfortable. If I had to do it again, there is no question who would do the staging!

On quick notice Modiano Design staged my home for it's sale. Aggie did a fabulous job and chose the right furniture and items that truly enhanced the look of my place.
